Research On The Diversified Development Strategy Of Inner Mongolia Yitai Group

The coal industry has been the basic industry of our country,it is not only the basis of the rapid development of the national economy,is the basis of social progress,but also closely related to many industries,such as coal oil and electricity,coal transportation port a aviation,coal electric chemical industry chain.As early as 20 years ago,many western developed countries have formed their own coal industry chain,such as China power,and in the primary stage of socialism,the coal industry as the basis for other industries,it is particularly important,Inner Mongolia's coal resources are rich,the resources yield in the first in the country,but its effect is not mine very good.Fluctuations in economic development and international trade downturn situation,China's export restrictions,in this double pressure large,coal prices decline,inventory accumulation,the imbalance between production and sales,industry profits decreased,dim and opportunities,in this important turning points in the economy,efforts to adjust the industrial structure,energy saving and environmental protection and efficient development of the coal industry is a necessary choice.Jin Shan Meng Ning as China's coal production agglomeration,coal production accounted for 67%,but most of the consumer market is located in the southeast region,transportation has become a bottleneck,the traditional tax policy brought some fixed costs,there are many matters to the coal industry's strategic positioning imminent.Again the economy rapid development,has brought great turning to western countries in the coal industry,industry structure adjustment and industrial chain again integration,corresponding to the domestic coal industry has also changed,so the whole industry has entered a stage of comprehensive rectification.This brings great opportunities and challenges to coal enterprises.The directors of enterprises should consider how to carry out the next business and create better value.In this paper,Yitai Group Co.Ltd as the research case,through the use of SWOT method to analysis the status of diversified Yitai group analysis,from the external environment and internal resources perspective,based on the necessity and feasibility analysis of Yitai group diversification strategy on the combination of Yitai Group annual report and internal financial data on the timing,Yitai group diversification strategy determine the target and target industry were analyzed,and aiming at the existing problems in the Yitai group diversification strategy put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of further diversification.
