Evaluation Of The Sustainable Development Capability Of Coal Enterprises

China is a big country producing and consuming coal resources.In the new historical period,the coal industry is facing new opportunities and challenges.The coal resource has contributed the main force for the production and development of our country all the time.However,with the rise of clean energy and limited proven coal reserves,the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises are becoming more and more urgent,as a result the assessment of sustainable development ability is very important.Therefore,it is important to study the evaluation method and system of coal enterprises'sustainable development ability.Thus,it can help enter-prises improve their ability of sustainable development and it is of great significance to promote the stable development of national economy.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the sustainable development ability of coal enterprises and make an empirical analysis of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.In the first part,through establishing the regression mod-el of energy development intensity and economic growth,it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between them.And energy intensity also affect-s national economic growth by inhibiting investment of physical capital and pro-moting investment of human capital and pollution abatement indirectly.For coal resources,through data visualization,it plays an important role in the production and consumption of primary energy in China.In the second part,we sort out the development characteristics of domestic coal enterprises and transform the data of enterprises according to certain principle of index selection.We use the principal component analysis method to screen the primary indicators,and use the entropy weight method to give weight to the indicators,so as to construct a complete e-valuation index system of the sustainable development ability of coal enterprises.We calculated the top six coal companies in terms of sustainability score.In the third part,this study carries out a specific analysis and research on Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd,which ranks the second in the sustainable development ability of coal enterprises.And the ARIMA model is used to predict the sustainable development ability of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd in the next three years,and it is found that the scoring rate of the sustain-able development ability is low.In order to enhance the development power of the enterprise,it is suggested that Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd should increase social assistance efforts,pay attention to the safety education and training of employees,and raise the salary and welfare of employees.This study has realized the effective evaluation of coal enterprises'relevant ability by quantifying the sustainable development ability.This study improves the current single enterprise evaluation method based on historical income data and makes the evaluation of resource-based enterprises more comprehensive,which will be not only beneficial to enrich the evaluation methods of energy enterprises,but also of great value to broaden the evaluation ideas and innovate the evaluation methods.
