| Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly.After joining the WTO organization,China has begun to stand on the world economic stage.After nearly two decades of rapid development,China has become the world’s manufacturing center.H company was developing during this time.The company is mainly engaged in the production and export of outdoor leisure products.After years of development,it has already had a certain scale and status.However,with the continuous development,H company has also begun to face various new problems.Based on this background,this article takes H Outdoor Leisure Products Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Firstly,the company’s external environment and internal environment were analyzed.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunties and threats of H Company were summarized.The SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the company comprehensively.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper proposes a development strategy based on the four aspects of productivity development,management reform,R&D capability development and target market adjustment.Discussed the strategic planning of H company and finally determined the development strategy of four aspects of H company:Productivity function strategy,future integration,capacity expansion as development goals;Management function strategy,with management system reform as the development goal;R&D functional strategy to standardize R&D process and enrich product system as development goals;Target market function strategy to optimize customer structure and develop small and medium-sized customers as development goals.The research content and results of this paper can be used as the basic choices of the company’s strategic choice and formulation.The research methods and contents have important reference significance for enterprise strategic planning and management,and have certain reference value for the strategic research of enterprises in the same industry..The development history of H Company in the past 20 years also reflects the problems faced by similar enterprises in other industries in China,and it has its typicality within a certain range. |
