Research On Legal Issues Of Environmental Health Risk Management In My Country

The ultimate goal of environmental protection is to protect public health and achieve sustainable social development.At present,China's environmental problems are grim,and various environmental pollution and ecological damage problems occur frequently.Social events that cause serious human environmental damage caused by major environmental pollution incidents occur from time to time.Due to the public health risks arising from the accumulation of environmental pollution and ecological damage in the past few decades,and the public's growing concern about environmental problems caused by environmental problems,China has entered an environmental health risk society.However,China's environmental health research started late,and relevant laws have no perfect response mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to improve China's environmental health risk management system.The article studies the legal issues of environmental health risk management in China,basically follows the basic ideas of asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems,and puts forward some legal suggestions for improving China's environmental health risk management.The article consists of four parts:The first chapter focuses on the definition of environmental health risks and environmental health risk management,clarifies the basic concepts,and clarifies that environmental health risk management identifies,determines,and measures environmental health risks,and formulates,selects,and implements risk prevention and control measures.The process includes a series of activities including environmental and health risk monitoring,impact investigation,risk assessment and risk prevention and control.The similar concepts are analyzed to determine the difference between this system and the traditional protection methods,and to determine the scope of legal issues in the study of the article.The second chapter introduces the current situation of environmental health risk management in China,and raises the following problems: First,the basic goal of protecting public health has not been established,and secondly,information disclosure and public participation are seriously insufficient.In terms of the main body,there are many problems such as administrative management and poor management system.The third chapter analyzes the legal issues existing in China's environmental health risk management,establishes the legislative goal of ensuring public health as the priority,and establishes the legal principles of risk prevention and public participation to protect the public's environmental rights.Clear the legal relationship in environmental health risk management.The fourth chapter puts forward several suggestions for improving China's environmental health risk management: First,speed up China's environmental health risk management legislation,improve legal hierarchy,and improve the legislation step by step;Second,clarify the main body of environmental health risk management and its responsibilities Third,improve the public participation system,improve the public participation in all aspects of environmental health risk management,and improve the participation of experts in the whole process of research,improve the openness and scientificity of the system;Fourth,strengthen environmental health risk prevention and control measures,establish an environment Health risk big data,improve environmental health and social welfare,improve accountability and regulatory mechanisms.
