Company T is a well-known geological survey and construction enterprise with various qualifications such as Grade A geological survey and Grade I construction contracting.Its projects are characterized by a long construction period,fast flow and large scale.The construction process is mostly mountainous.,Hills,gullies and other field operating environments,its operating conditions and sanitary conditions are poor,the labor intensity is large,and more temporary workers will be used in the project,labor protection facilities are relatively backward and other occupational health and safety risks.Occupational accidents and occupational hazards not only threaten the lives and health of construction workers,companies also need to make compensations and face huge economic losses.Therefore,comprehensive occupational health and safety risk management is particularly important for a construction company.In this paper,the occupational health and safety risk management of T company was studied and analyzed,and problems were found and improved.Firstly,the relevant theories and development status of occupational health and safety risk management are analyzed.Secondly,the background and current situation of occupational health and safety risk management of T company were studied.Finally,through the analysis of hazard source identification,risk assessment and risk control,the reasons for the problems in the occupational health and safety risk management of T company were found,the causes of the problems were studied,and corresponding improvement measures were formulated according to the research results.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: 1.According to the characteristics of geological prospecting construction projects,the original hazard identification process is adjusted and optimized by combining the safety checklist method and the operational hazard analysis method according to the actual construction situation of T company.2.Using LEC method and risk matrix method,a risk evaluation method combining quantitative evaluation method and qualitative evaluation method was developed to evaluate the risk of T company.3.Through the formulation of risk response and control policies,plans,documents and plans,make the inspection,operation,training and review of risk control of T company into a closed-loop mode of cyclic improvement.Thus effectively strengthening the occupational health and safety risk management of T company.
