China's sustained rapid economic growth has led to a downturn in traditional industries,especially the coal industry,which officially entered a recession in 2012 and entered a "glacier" in 2015.Will tell from the national level,China's relations are faced with structural imbalance between supply and demand,excess capacity began to restrict the development of China's economy,according to statistics,since 2003,steel,coal,cement,glass,petroleum,petrochemical,iron ore,non-ferrous metal and so on several big industries,percentage of loss-incurring enterprises is close to 80%,and as coal in Shanxi Province,structural imbalances also lead to a large number of coal enterprise paralysis,in spite of all kinds of policies to promote transformation of coal,but to little effect,2019 in the fourth year of coal supply side is the implementation of the reform of the coal industry's centre of gravity will be made by "production" to "structure",this time,Coal industry has experienced a short recovery,but the industry leverage proportion,loss of business metrics,such as debt risk control and the real economy of contradictions still exist on the cost reduction,with the coal group as "eldest son" of the republic of coal,the coal industry of low,under the environment of structural imbalances is faced with unprecedented difficulties,put forward in the reform of the supply side,the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise also is imminent.Based on the theory of strategic transformation of enterprises,this paper starts with the purpose and direction of strategic transformation of enterprises and puts forward some problems that should be grasped and paid attention to in the study of enterprise transformation under the environment of supply-side structural reform.Under the precondition of literature research,this article from the supply side of the analysis for the reason of the coal enterprise strategic transformation under the reform,analyzing the macro environment and the impact of coal industry of coal enterprises,puts forward the implementation of strategic transformation is the unbalance between supply and demand for coal enterprises to cope with excess,coal production of one of the most effective path.Taking with the coal group as an example,through the SWOT model to analyze strategic transformation,analyzes the externaland internal gear with the coal group hand problems,and emphatically studies the enterprise strategic transformation with the coal group orientation and route choice,from policy,system mechanism,organization,personnel,security and stability of the aspects such as how to ensure successful implementation of strategic transformation.
