| Since 2012,China's economic development has gradually shifted to the new normal.It is characterized by rapid economic growth,with an average annual GDP of about 7%.In the impact of macroeconomic restructuring,China's coal enterprises are generally facing the pressure of living space.Especially in the supply side reform policy continues to heat up,the development of the coal industry is facing enormous challenges.PS group is a large state-owned group company which is mainly engaged in coal production,processing and sales.In the face of the current external environment changes and challenges,high energy consumption,high pollution,extensive development model is not suitable for the needs of the future situation,transformation and development has become the inevitable choice of PS group.This paper is based on strategic management,diversified development,green economy theory,PS group collected information through various channels,and the prospect for the development of PS group's current production and operation as well as the entire coal industry.By means of the environmental analysis,interpretation of the development environment of PS group at present,and make a prediction on the development of enterprises from the next two aspects of internal and external,external or business opportunities and threats,internal PS group of their own strengths and weaknesses,combined with the analysis of the data,the author formulates the strategic planning of PS group,whether the strategy planning and evaluation and selection tools through the development strategy is feasible.The innovation of this paper is mainly manifested in the transformation in normal economic background of traditional energy industry,making the introduction of strategic management theory of PS group strategy,effective combination of theory and Practice,this paper for other enterprises in China's coal industry and energy industry to implement the strategic transformation and upgrading of traditional enlightening. |
