With the rapid development of the global economy, traditional fossil energy sources are becoming increasingly depleted. There is an urgent need to find a new type of alternative energy with large global reserves.Natural gas hydrate is a crystal with a cage structure. This structure can be filled with a large amount of natural gas. Therefore,it is considered to be the most important new research energy besides traditional fossil energy. It is important in the storage and transportation of natural gas.The application prospects in the industry have been rapidly developed, and the natural gas storage and transportation technology based on the hydrate method has attracted attention from researchers at home and abroad. At present, the methods for promoting the formation of natural gas hydrates mainly include stirring, spraying, bubbling, adding surfactants and porous media, etc.Among them, the surfactant method is currently the most commonly used promotion method and is widely used in research and applications. At the same time, adding a solid medium to the reaction solution is also a new effective promotion method. Therefore,in this experiment, the combination of surfactant and solid particles was used to promote the formation of methane hydrate and its mechanism was analyzed. In this paper, the effect of solid particles and surfactants on the formation of methane hydrate was studied under the condition that the initial pressure of the experiment was 7 MPa and the temperature was 2 ° C.Hydrate formation experiments were carried out using silica, alumina and copper particles of different particle sizes and 100 m L of 300 mg / L sodium lauryl sulfate(SDS)surfactant solution, and their pressure drop curves Comparative analysis with the gas storage density curve proves that solid particles with different particle sizes and different particles will affect the reaction time and gas storage density of hydrate formation, and change the hydrate growth process;Changing the volume of silica particles, observing the promotion ability in different volumes of porous media, and analyzing from the perspective of the induction period,it was found that the addition of silica particles can significantly reduce the induction time, and found that when the silica particles and When the volume ratio of the solution is 1: 2,the promotion effect is the best, which is more conducive to the formation of hydrates;According to the above conclusions, under the condition of this volume ratio, the initial pressure was changed and the experiment was conducted. The appropriate pressure for hydrate formation was studied, and the appearance of the hydrate was analyzed.
