At present,in the context of increasingly depleted world resources and environmentally friendly promotion,new energy has gradually become a topic of increasing concern.As a result,hydrogen fuel cells have gradually developed and become an indispensable part of new energy vehicles.Hydrogen fuel cell is a new energy battery that uses hydrogen as fuel and oxygen as oxide to finally generate water.This kind of battery has high efficiency,low noise pollution,and is environmentally friendly,making it a new type of industry.When a fuel cell is working,when a cell voltage is too low and a fault occurs,the entire working state of the battery will be affected.When the battery system is running,monitor the operating voltage of each battery in the battery pack according to the change in the operating voltage of a specific battery cell when the battery pack is stably output power,and take corresponding measures to eliminate the fault before the battery pack accident occurs,and make the battery pack Resume normal operation.Therefore,when the fuel cell system is running,pay close attention to the voltage of each single cell,observe the degree of change in the voltage of a certain cell when the fuel cell system is working stably,and look for the cause of the change.After discovering this change,the staff found the cause in time and took corresponding remedial measures to enable the fuel cell to continue to work normally.When the fuel cell is running,the working status and the faults that will occur are unknowable.Therefore,in order to monitor the running status of the fuel cell in real time,whether there is a fault during operation,a fuel cell status detection system is designed.The system uses LabVIEW as the basic environment to design the host computer software.The system monitors the fuel cell system data,each subsystem data,and fuel cell fault and alarm data,and feedbacks the fuel cell status to the staff and users through the CAN bus in real time.When the staff finds a fault,they adjust various working parameters in time so that the fuel cell system can operate normally and generate electricity.Fuel cells mainly use hydrogen for combustion,but hydrogen is flammable and explosive.Once a leak occurs,it will explode and cause incalculable consequences.It can be seen that the research on the fault analysis and fault diagnosis algorithm of the fuel cell engine is of great significance to the safety and reliability of the maintenance and operation of the fuel cell engine in practice,and the direction of the battery life.
