Superhydrophilic and underwater superoleophobic surfaces occupy an important position in the field of self-cleaning.Due to their strong affinity for water,they are prone to form a hydration layer on the surface,which prevents most of the contaminant molecules from adhering.However,these surfaces(micro/nano morphology,hydrogel or monolayer film)usually have weak mechanical properties,are easily damaged by physical,and some can only function under certain conditions(UV or X-ray irradiation).effect.As an environmentally friendly inorganic water-soluble component(i.e.irreversible superhydrophilic property),silicate itself has excellent film-forming properties and high mechanical strength.As long as a reasonable design is carried out to improve the water resistance of silicate coatings,a long-term effective self-cleaning coating can be obtained.Therefore,it is of great practical value to design a silicate hydrophilic coating with long-term effective synthetic properties through the combination of practice and theory.For this reason,this graduation thesis designed and synthesized two types of silicate hydrophilic coatings,which not only explored its superhydrophilicity and long-term durability,but also studied its application in the fields of self-cleaning and oil-water separation.(1)A transparent superhydrophilic functional coating was designed and synthesized.By adjusting the mass ratio of different kinds of silicate(potassium silicate,lithium silicate)and adding appropriate curing agent,a self-cleaning superhydrophilic coating was prepared.In addition to exploring the mechanical strength and the properties in the air of the coating,it was also investigated the oil adhesion behavior of the coating under water.Finally,the actual application of the coating in the fields of anti-fouling and anti-fog was investigated.(2)A universal and long-lasting effective super-hydrophilic self-cleaning coating was designed and synthesized.On the basis of retaining the silicate component,nano-zinc oxide metal particles with high mechanical strength and good weather resistance were added to prepare a long-lasting and effective hydrophilic coating.The mechanical strength and long-term stability of the hydrophilic coating mesh were investigated through nanoindentation,friction resistance test,thermal stability test and acid and alkali salt liquid resistance tests;The oil-water separation ability and the stability in liquid environment of the hydrophilic stainless steel iron mesh were also investigated.
