As a kind of garbage sorting and recycling equipment,the new garbage sorting box plays an important role in garbage sorting and processing.Different from ordinary passive garbage recycling facilities,the new type of garbage sorting box is a smart device integrating computer control technology,sensor technology,Internet technology and other disciplines,and it depends on its stable power supply for stable work.This paper focuses on the energy management strategy of the compound power supply system for the independent photovoltaic power supply of the new type of garbage sorting bin placed in the field without utility power.The main research contents are as follows:1.Energy consumption analysis of the new type of waste sorting bin and research on the architecture of the composite power system.According to the power consumption and energy supply requirements of the new type of waste sorting bin under various working conditions,a composite power supply of photovoltaic + lithium battery+ super capacitor was designed.By studying the topological structure of the composite power supply,a dual-parallel active structure is selected as the composite power management topology of the waste sorting bin.The features of Bat,UC,PV and converters are analyzed in detail,and a simulation model of the combined power supply system of the waste sorting bin is established and its correctness is verified,which provides a basis for subsequent energy management strategy research.2.Research on the SOC estimation of the energy storage unit of the new type of waste sorting bin based on the OCV-EKF compound algorithm.SOC is an important parameter in energy tube.Its value is obtained through estimation.According to the power consumption data of the garbage sorting bin,the composite power supply capacity design is carried out.On this basis,the open circuit voltage method,the ampere-hour integral method and the expansion are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of the Kalman filter algorithm in SOC estimation,combined with their advantages,proposed a SOC estimation algorithm based on the OCV-EKF compound algorithm,established a simulation model of the algorithm,and verified the effectiveness of the algorithm through simulation experiments.3.Research on the energy management strategy of a new type of waste sorting bin compound power supply based on dual fuzzy controllers.Because of the features of composite power supply of photovoltaic + lithium battery + super capacitor composite power supply,it is necessary to ensure the energy demand of the new waste sorting bin under any working conditions and at the same time take into account the efficient energy utilization of the composite power supply.A new type of waste sorting bin is designed.A dual fuzzy controller with multiple state variables as parameters for working conditions and composite power supply systems.Fuzzy controller A combines lithium battery SOC and lithium battery open circuit voltage for a more accurate assessment of the state of lithium battery power.Fuzzy controller B evaluates the difference power Distribution,a composite power supply energy management model is established and simulation experiments are carried out.The dynamic distribution effect of lithium batteries and supercapacitors in the balance power is analyzed,and the rationality of the energy management strategy of the dual fuzzy controllers is verified.4.The construction of the composite power supply experimental system for the garbage sorting bin and the analysis of the experimental results.According to the energy management requirements of the composite power supply of the waste sorting bin,a composite power supply experimental platform was built,and the proposed energy management strategy was verified on the experimental platform.The experimental results showed the effectiveness and rationality of the strategy.
