Graphene has good electrical conductivity and ultra-high strength, and is usually used as a reinforcement for metal matrix composites. However, the interface bonding ability between graphene and copper matrix is weak, and it is difficult to uniformly disperse, and defects such as agglomeration sometimes occur, which affect the comprehensive performance of graphene/copper matrix composites. Therefore, how to prepare high-quality graphene to be uniformly dispersed in the copper matrix is the key to the preparation of graphene/copper-based composites with excellent comprehensive properties. In order to solve the above problems, prepare graphene/copper matrix composites with excellent comprehensive performance. In this paper, powder metallurgy is used to prepare porous copper matrix, and high-quality,complete structure and uniformly dispersed graphene are grown in situ by chemical vapor deposition.Secondary processing such as pressing further improves the density of the composite material and optimizes its overall performance. The specific process route is to pre-test the reduction of copper powder to obtain nano-porous copper powder, which is subjected to cold pressing to obtain a porous copper matrix.Low-temperature hydrogenated graphite is grown by chemical vapor deposition at300?,and hydrogenated graphite is cracked at high temperature at800?High-quality graphene was obtained. Finally, the graphene/copper-based composite material is obtained by multiple processing techniques such as cold rolling, annealing and hot pressing. In the process of preparing graphene/copper-based composites, the effects of different copper powder particle size, hydrogenated graphite deposition time, acetylene gas flow, cold rolling process parameters, annealing temperature, hot pressing temperature.on the properties of composite materials are discussed At the same time, the preparation method was introduced into bronze materials to prepare graphene/bronze-based composite materials with excellent performance. Finally, the process route with the best performance of the composite material was obtained, and the improvement mechanism of the comprehensive performance of the composite material was explained from the observation of the metallographic diagram and the tensile section diagram. The results show that the high-quality graphene prepared by chemical vapor deposition has a three-dimensional network structure that can be fully and uniformly dispersed in the copper matrix, and appropriate cold rolling, hot pressing and other processes can greatly increase the density of the composite material and enhance its comprehensive performance.Annealing can eliminate processing residual stress to obtain a composite material with better ductility. In the end,the conductivity of the graphene/copper-based composite material prepared through experiments is as high as111.5% IACS,the tensile strength can reach 276.8MPa,which is 35.9% higher than pure copper, and the elongation can be as high as 46.7%,which is 23.2 higher than pure copper.%.The tensile strength of the prepared graphene/bronze-based composite material is 356.3MPa,which is 25.2% higher than that of pure bronze, and the stretch rate can reach 34.2%,which is 23.5% higher than that of pure bronze.
