| Two-dimensional braided composites take two-dimensional braided preforms as reinforcement resins,and the excellent properties gradually enter the field of vision.The two-dimensional woven fibers are intertwined with each other and form similar fabrics to plain and twill fabrics.Compared with other fabric composites,twodimensional braided composites can change the angle of their two groups of yarns on the basis of weaving,and to a certain extent improve the properties of their composites,because of their characteristics.More and more by aerospace and other high-tech.Its low manufacturing cost and outstanding mechanical characteristics are one of the key development directions for the application of new materials.This paper begins with the design core die diameter,ensures that the coverage coefficient is above 90%,selects the suitable diameter core die,selects the boulder group 1200 tex/E6D17 glass fiber and the Zhongfu Shenying group 12K/SYT49 S carbon fiber,weaves the above two kinds of fiber as the foundation,weaves the different angle three kinds of structural fabrics: the glass fiber two-dimensional double axis braid,the glass fiber and the carbon fiber two-dimensional triaxial braid,the carbon fiber two-dimensional triaxial braid.To explore the effect of weaving angle,carbon fiber yarn and mixing on the mechanical properties of composites.Secondly,the two-dimensional braided sheet composite material was prepared by VARI process of three structural preforms and epoxy resin,and the fiber content of the composite was calculated at different angles of different structures.The results showed that the fiber volume content was basically the same at about 50% at different angles.The results show that the tensile,flexural and compressive strength of twodimensional braided composites decreases with the increase of weaving angle from 30°to 60°,the tensile strength decreases by 77%,the flexural strength decreases by 63%and the compressive strength decreases by 52%,and the tensile strength and compressive strength of carbon fiber yarn increase to some extent,and the elasticity of the two-axis composite increases and the bending strength decreases to some extent;Because the strength of carbon fiber is higher than that of glass fiber,the tensile strength and bending strength of glass fiber composite are low,but the effect of mixing on compression performance is small. |
