| Fan performance test,as an indispensable part of fan production and application,is particularly important in the actual design optimization process.At present,the fans tested in China are mainly used for ventilation,air exchange and air diversion,which is quite different from the operation of quick freezing equipment fans.Based on quick-freezing equipment,this paper designs and develops a performance test system for centrifugal fans.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,by analyzing the performance parameters of the cooling fan and the actual requirements of the test system,the overall scheme design of a centrifugal fan performance test system for a certain quick freezing equipment was completed.Secondly,based on GB / T 1236-2000 "Performance Test of Industrial Fans with Standardized Air Ducts",the detailed design of the fan performance test system was completed by using 3D modeling software Solidworks.Based on the operating environment and performance requirements of the quick-freezing equipment fan,the design and selection of various parameters and specific installation and layout are completed.At the same time,two different types of performance test systems are designed to adapt to the needs of different quick-freezing by using the B-type pipe air outlet Equipment.The experimental device is mainly composed of a fan drive mechanism,a test air pipe device,a test support device,and a humidification and temperature control system.Among the test devices for different pipe diameters,the number and size of test holes are changed to improve its test accuracy.Thirdly,based on the finite element analysis software Fluent,the internal flow field analysis and corresponding structural layout optimization of the test device were completed.This section mainly uses the multiple reference frame model(MRF)to study the influence of the structural layout of the air duct combination parts on the internal flow field of the test device under the corresponding boundary conditions and fan speed.For the duct rectifier device,four sets of structural layout schemes were set for comparison,so as to ensure the accuracy of parameter measurement,an installation layout scheme with a more uniform flow field distribution was selected.Finally,a set of centrifugal impeller experimental device was built based on the design scheme of the tunnel-type equipment fan performance test system and the original parts of the factory.The experimental scheme is determined and the measurement and calculation of the relevant parameters are completed.At the same time,the flow field of the wind tunnel of the tunnel-type equipment fan test bench is analyzed,and the data results of the actual measurement and the simulation analysis are compared and the reasons for the differences are given. |
