In the process of drilling by fracturing,the fracturing liquid is about 1000m3 per wells after fracturing,if not treated outside row,will cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment and surface water.The oil return processing method is to discharge it back into the tank,the tank of natural evaporation and recovery sand through human.This method makes the high labor intensity and not to return liquid recycling,resulting in environmental pollution.To solve these problems,the author designs a set of sedimentation,filtration,new flow back sand removing device recovery function,the device has the advantages of oil,gas,water,and sand four phase separation and recovery this paper focuses on the function of flow back fluid The design scheme,design theory,simulation and field test of the sand removing device have been studied in depth.The main work and conclusions are as follows:In view of the current oil back flow waste water treatment existing problems,puts forward a new type of flow back fluid sand removing device,and the sand removing device of the overall design.The overall layout of sand removing device and its working principle,and the main equipment for the selection of design.Through the research on the settlement of separation and filtration separation mechanism,the theoretical basis for the design of liquid return sand removing device.Based on the principle of fluid mechanics,without considering the boundary effect of liquid phase flow and uniformity conditions,analyzed sand removal ability theory.Analysis and calculation of the sand removing device structure design and calculation of sand removal ability based on the theory,and use Pro/E to establish a three-dimensional sand removing device map.By using FLUENT simulation software to simulate the internal flow field of the separation tank and the particle trajectories and deposition track,the results showed that the effect of sand by liquid phase flow boundary effect,sand wall adhesion formation encountered along the wall down,resulting in a large amount of sand piled up near the wall;the effect of sand diameter small flow more large displacement and time in the flow field is larger;sand deposition rate increases with the grain size gradually increased,gradually decreased with increasing sand concentration;when the sand diameter is greater than 0.25 mm,volume concentration dropped to 5% after deposition of a low sand wells fracturing fluid in 98% The separation of the tank.Through the experimental research on the oil field of Changqing Oilfield show that the sand sand recycling device capable of oil well fracturing fluid in 99% of fracturing fluid recovery of all sand;only 1 people involved in the recovery process,greatly reduce the labor intensity.
