As consumers have higher and higher requirements for the quality of quick-frozen foods,the structure of spiral quick-freezing equipment is becoming more and more complex,and it is relatively difficult to maintain them.Research on the intelligent spiral quick freezing equipment remote monitoring system has extremely important application value for effectively improving its safety.This article takes the fully automatic self-stacking spiral quick-freezing equipment developed by Sifang Technology Group.as the research object,and develops a fully-automatic self-stacking spiral quick-freezing equipment monitoring system for its functional requirements,and performs related hardware,software,and fault diagnosis analysis algorithms.The design and corresponding test cases verify the reliability of the monitoring system.The main research contents include:(1)The overall structure,working principle and equipment parameters of spiral quick-freezing equipment are introduced.The functional requirements of the automatic self-stacking spiral quick-freezing equipment monitoring system are analyzed.The overall structure of the automatic self-stacking spiral quick-freezing equipment monitoring system is designed.(2)According to the function and performance of the monitoring system,the overall analysis of the system hardware is performed.Then the specific hardware modules are selected and designed from the control core,video monitoring module,temperature detection module,pressure detection,and electrical parameter detection module.(3)Aiming at the limitation of the traditional quick-freezing equipment monitoring system that is difficult to judge concurrent failures,an information fusion method based on two data mining methods,named meta-analysis and support vector machine,was proposed to diagnose and diagnose the faults of the quick-freezing equipment.Feasibility and accuracy of the algorithm.(4)Designed the spiral quick freezing equipment monitoring system software.The monitoring system software was designed from six modules: SSH framework construction,database design,communication method design,client web page design,and mobile remote monitoring APP design.(5)Each functional module of the spiral quick freezing equipment remote monitoring for the client web page and mobile APP was tested multiple times one by one,which verified the real-time and accuracy of the designed automatic self-stacking spiral quick freezing equipment monitoring system.
