| Top Gas Pressure Recovery Turbine (TRT) is one of the great energy-conserving measures of steel and iron industry of our country.TRT, which is widely used in the iron industry, is the core equipment of the enterprise.Once broken, it will cost great loss. So it becomes more and more important to implement supervision on the spot, designing a failure monitoring on the spot and diagnosis system is badly needed.In this paper, Main faults and their origins of Rolling Machine are statistically classified. Dynamic characteristics of TRT are analyzed. A common fault symptom table is built, which takes advantage of characteristics of fault signals educed through studying fault mechanisms of Rolling Machine of TRT. Then, the whole fault diagnosis system is designed, the fault diagnosis system and the related databases are developed by VB. The continuous collection, analysis and procession of the signal is realized by this means.This system has the function of wave shape fault diagnosis,axes track fault diagnosis,power spectrum diagnosis and automatic failure diagnosis. This system provides scientific basis for production and maintenance and brings great effects on the realization of equipment management modernization in the future and economic benefits. |
