Copper-nickel sulfide is the main extraction mineral of the main nickel metal,and its sorting difficulty is getting higher and higher.A large number of practical results show that increasing the yield of the easily-floating particle size of grinding can effectively improve the flotation index,and the method is relatively simple to operate,and the improvement effect is obvious.In this paper,based on the ore mechanical properties of the Huangshan copper-nickel sulfide ore in Xinjiang Yakesi,the grain size characteristics of the grinding products at each stage,and the flotation concentrate indicators,combined with the nickel and copper grades in the raw ore,the statistical regression analysis method is used to establish nickel,A linear regression model between the recovery rate of copper concentrate and multiple factors of grinding.The laboratory experiment and research show that the best initial grinding media system is:?90:?80:?60:?40:?30=10:15:35:15:25,and the supplementary grinding media system is:?90:?80:?60:?40=25:15:27.5:32.5.By adopting this system of filling and refilling the ball,the yield rate of abrasive products(-0.15+0.010mm)is increased by 2.21%compared with the current factory system,and the metal distribution rates of over-coarse and over-crushed particles are reduced by 2.2,respectively.13.85 percentage points.Using Eviews software,the recovery rate of copper concentrate(Y1)and the recovery rate of nickel concentrate(Y2)in copper-nickel sulfide ore are respectively compared with the grade of original copper(X1),the grade of nickel(X5),the grade of copper concentrate(X2),Nickel concentrate grade(X6),nickel grade in copper concentrate(X3),nickel recovery rate in copper concentrate(X4),copper grade in nickel concentrate(X7),copper recovery rate in nickel concentrate(X8),intermediate easy Floating grain yield(X5)is simulated and analyzed,and a linear regression model of copper concentrate recovery rate and nickel concentrate recovery rate is established:Y1=26.95101+45.90826X1-0.133867X2+0.845050X3+1.899904X4+0.501539X5Y2=11.92989+33.35713X5-1.095083X6-1.016138X7+0.098726X8+0.720282X5Analyzing the two sets of models,it is concluded that:(1)Both of the two models have a high degree of fit and good overall significance.The independent variable test shows that the raw ore grade,the concentrate grade,and the yield of the easy-floating particle grade have an effect on the flotation recovery of the concentrate.The impact rate is significant;(2)Increasing the yield of easy-floating particles can simultaneously increase the recovery rate of nickel concentrate and copper concentrate.The yield of easy-floating particles can be increased by 1%,and the recovery rate of copper concentrate and nickel concentrate can be increased by 0.5%respectively.Percentage points and 0.72percentage points.(3)The actual significance test shows that the absolute error between the actual value and the calculated value does not exceed 0.5,and the relative error does not exceed0.5%,which can be used as a theoretical indicator of the concentrator,The relative error and absolute error are both very small,indicating that the model is consistent with actual production,so that the variation range of the flotation index can be predicted through the variation range of the easy-float grade of the grinding product,which provides convenience for the production of the concentrator.
