The acylhydrazone Schiff base compounds and their metal complexes have been demonstrated to possess various pharmacological properties,catalytic properties,adsorption properties,electrochemical properties,luminescent properties,etc.The introduction of substituent groups with coordination sites can increase the design space of acylhydrazone Schiff base compounds and their metal complexes.For a long time,designing and synthesizing characteristic acylhydrazone Schiff base compounds and metal complexes has been favored by the majority of researchers with researching their properties.Accordingly,the thesis designed and synthesized a series of acylhydrazone Schiff base compounds L1,L2,L3,L4,L5 and their series of acylhydrazone Schiff base complexes 1-11.Preliminary investigation of their function characteristics and related properties.Through the precursor dialdehyde 5-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyisophthalaldehyde A1and3,3'-methylene bis(2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzaldehyde)A2 with 2-picolinic hydrazide,Nicotinic acid hydrazide and isoniazid synthesized hydrazone Schiff base compounds L1,L2,L3,L4 and L5respectively.Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR,MS,IR,X-ray crystal diffraction.In CH3OH/MF solvent,acylhydrazone Schiff compounds L1,L2,L3,L4 and L5 coordinate with Cu(II),Zn(II),Hg(II)and Cd(II)and obtain 11 acylhydrazone Schiff base complexes.Their structures were characterized by X-ray crystal diffraction technique.Coordination modes and supramolecular assembly characteristics were explored.Meanwhile,the thermal stability properties of the series of acylhydrazone Schiff base complexes and their adsorption performance to methanol vapor were investigated.Moreover,the effects of counter anions on the structures and properties of the complexes were investigated through the interaction of acylhydrazone Schiff base compounds with copper salts of different anions.The UV-Vis absorption spectrum and fluorescence emission spectrum were used to investigate the ability of acylhydrazone Schiff base compounds L2 and L3 to selectively recognize a series of metal ions.The results show that acylhydrazone compounds L2 and L3 can specifically recognize Zn2+and Hg2+.Fluorescence emission spectroscopy investigated the ion competition,binding ratio,binding constant(Ka)and detection limit of acylhydrazone Schiff base compounds and Zn2+and Hg2+interaction system.
