The Schiff base complexes usually contain N、O and some other donor atoms, whicheasily form versatile complexes with transition metal ions,this kind of compounds havegood biological activity. So the Schiff base complexes have been received much attention bypeople.And they have been widely used in many fields, such as catalysis, analysis,magnetic,materials,medicine and many other fields.Urease inhibitors can slow release urea decomposition, thus inhibiting urease active. Sothey have been widely used prospects in medicine and agriculture. Research urease inhibitorsto become the focus of many domestic and foreign scholars. It can be divided into two types:the first kind is organic compound, the second is heavy metal ions. The Schiff base complexeshave very good biological activity, studies show that these compounds in the inhibiting ureaseactive aspects has certain application.This paper mainly points to three parts:1),7mononuclear Schiff base complexes havebeen synthesized, and tests characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, IR spectroscopy;2),16acylhydrazone Complexeshave been synthesized, and tests characterized by X-raysingle crystal diffraction, IR spectroscopy, inhibiting urease active, and the inhibitingxanthine oxidase activity;3),6polynuclear Schiff base complexes have been synthesized,and tests characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, IR spectroscopy, DifferentialThermal Analysis and magnetic. This paper analyzes the solvent, bridge even ligands, anionicand ligand to complexes the influence of the structure, and analyzes the part of complexesinhibiting xanthine oxidase activity,inhibiting urease activity, magnetic and DifferentialThermal Analysis. The experimental results show that: the part complexes has goodbiological activity, and the metal complexes and ligand to inhibiting xanthine oxidaseactivity,inhibiting urease active and magnetic has certain effect.
