This article mainly optimizes the properties of PNN-PZT based ceramics through component control,component introduction,trace element doping and preparation technology.Finally,the relationship between the heat generation of ceramic components under AC electric field conditions and the relative permittivity of ceramics is studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)With 0.9P0.1S(0.1ZN-0.1NN-0.8ZT)as the basic formula,through component adjustment,a variety of applications have been obtained to meet the application requirements of low-heat and high-amplitude actuators(the performance range recommended by the company d33?700p C/N,5000<?r<7000,tan??3.5%)ceramic formula.Among them,0.9P0.1S(0.12ZN-0.16NN-0.72ZT)ceramics have the best overall performance:d33=920p C/N,kp=0.71,Pr=24.54?C/cm2,?r=6900,tan?=3.2%,Tc=133°C.(2)Use component introduction to adjust the performance of 0.9P0.1S(0.12ZN-0.16NN-0.72ZT)ceramics.The introduction of PMS,PMN and PSN all have different degrees of reduction in the performance of ceramics,especially PMS and PSN have the greatest impact on the performance of ceramics,and the overall performance drops sharply.The introduction of PMN effectively reduces the relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss of 0.9P0.1S[0.12ZN-x MN-(0.16-x/2)NN-(0.72-x/2)ZT]ceramics.When x=0.01,the comprehensive performance of ceramics is:d33=820p C/N,kp=0.64,?r=5800,tan?=2.2%.(3)Study the effect of element doping on the properties of 0.9P0.1S(0.12ZN-0.16NN-0.72ZT)ceramics.After doping with W6+,Er3+,Mo6+,Sb3+,the ceramic d33and kp are reduced to varying degrees,and?r is all in between 5000-7000.The traditional solid-phase method is used to prepare(0.9-x/2)P(0.1-x/2)Sx B(0.12ZN-0.16NN-0.72ZT)ceramics.When x=0.01,the overall performance of the ceramic is the best:d33=890p C/N,kp=0.71,?r=5550,tan?=3.2%.(4)The 0.9P0.1S(0.12ZN-0.16NN-0.72ZT)piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the solid-phase precursor method.The ceramics obtained by preparing the precursors of the B-site oxides all have good comprehensive properties.The precursor method synthesizes A2B1B2B3,and then the 0.9P0.1S(0.12ZN-0.16NN-0.72ZT)ceramic obtained has the best overall performance:d33=970p C/N,kp=0.68,?r=7279,tan?=4.0%,Tc=131?.(5)A:Pb0.9Sr0.1(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.14(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.16(Zr0.52Ti0.48)0.70O3 and B:Pb0.9Sr0.1(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.06(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.16(Zr0.52Ti0.48)0.74O3 piezoelectric ceramics.Under the action of AC electric field,the temperature of the ceramic sample of formula A increases with time much faster than that of formula B.The output pressure and flow rate of the piezoelectric pump made of formula A ceramics change very obviously with time.According to the experimental results,the performance of the piezoelectric pump made by formula B is:the output flow is about 350m L/min,and the output pressure is greater than 13k Pa.
