Research On The Legal Issues Of Responsibility For The Restoration And Governance Of The Ecological Environment Of Abandoned Mines

The development of mineral resources has provided great impetus for China's economic development.However,due to the unreasonable development of mineral resources in the early years,the ecological environment of mines has been damaged in varying degrees.Nowadays,"Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",Therefore,it is imperative to restore the ecological environment of a large number of abandoned mines.However,due to the problems in the early legislation of ecological environment,inadequate supervision and lack of perfect safeguard measures,it is difficult to implement the responsibility of ecological environment restoration in some abandoned mines.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in the ecological environment restoration responsibility of abandoned mines in China,combined with the relevant experience of foreign countries and Taiwan region of China,this paper puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the legislation,supervision and relevant safeguard measures of ecological environment restoration responsibility of abandoned mines in China,so as to improve the difficulties in the process of ecological environment restoration and of abandoned mines in China.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of ecological environment restoration responsibility of abandoned mines,expounds the research background and significance,and defines the entry point of this paper;Secondly,the paper introduces the current situation of the ecological environment of abandoned mines in China and the influence of mineral resources development on the ecological environment,reveals the necessity of ecological environment restoration of abandoned mines and the current situation of ecological environment restoration practice of abandoned mines;Furthermore,from the perspective of the current relevant laws and regulations in China,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the ecological environment restoration responsibility of abandoned mines in China;Then,it studies the relevant systems of foreign countries and Taiwan region of China,and explores the reference points;Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ecological environment restoration responsibility of abandoned mines in China are put forward.
