From the perspective of meso-scale,the multi-phase heterogeneous composite material composed of aggregate,mortar and interface transition zone of concrete,due to the diversity and complexity of the meso-structure,largely determines its macroscopic mechanics characteristic.Therefore,this paper uses Python language and ABAQUS analysis software to establish a concrete multiphase meso-cell model to predict the equivalent modulus and strength,and apply the prediction method to the performance study of solid waste concrete.First,establish a random concrete mesoscopic model,based on the theory of homogenization,using periodic boundary conditions,combined with the ABAQUS software computing platform,developed a Python-based concrete meso-analysis periodic boundary condition automatic application program.Compare the forecast results with the existing results to verify the correctness of the models and procedures;Secondly,apply periodic boundary conditions,combined with the concrete mesoscopic model,to predict the elastic properties of concrete,and analyze the influence of aggregate volume ratio,interface layer thickness and maximum aggregate particle size on elastic modulus,shear modulus and Poisson's ratio Law;then predict the elastic properties of solid waste concrete and discuss the influencing factors;the results show that the aggregate volume rate and aggregate particle size are the main influencing factors,and the thickness of the interface layer has little effect;Finally,the meso-model and the macro-model were used to predict the strength and damage of concrete and solid waste concrete.The forecast results of the two models were compared,and the strength and stress-strain curve forecast results were mainly discussed.The effect of solid waste replacement rate on coal gangue was analyzed.The influence law of concrete,recycled concrete and steel slag concrete strength.At the same time,the damage analysis of the solid waste concrete meso model is carried out,and the damage development law of the solid waste concrete meso model is obtained.Through the research of this article,a more systematic method for predicting the elastic properties and strength of solid waste concrete has been formed,which can predict the mechanical behavior of solid waste concrete under different loading conditions,provide a basis for the design,development and application of solid waste concrete,and save test costs.Improve efficiency.
