Environmental protection and resource conservation are important issues that directly affect the sustainable survival and development of mankind.To protect the environment while economic development,various countries have implemented environmental control and restraint,which will inevitably affect the production behavior of enterprises.With the gradual enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the deepening of their understanding of environmental protection,my country's policy requires that environmental protection work must be put in the first place.Therefore,environmental protection constraints are constraints that must be considered in modern enterprise production decisions.To save resources and costs and meet environmental constraints,companies must rationally allocate output portfolios,while reducing their own resource costs,transfer part of their resources for clean production,so as to achieve environmental protection goals and optimize their production decision-making.In this context,this paper studies the enterprise resource cost and production decision-making issues based on environmental constraints.This article first elaborates the research background and significance of the thesis,and conducts an in-depth and detailed review of relevant domestic and foreign literature to clarify the relationship between environmental protection constraints,resource costs and enterprise production decisions.Secondly,this paper constructs a dynamic production decision-making optimization model based on environmental constraints,portrays the decision-making state transition process of general significance,and adds a variety of constraints to the model so that the model can reflect different characteristics of reality.In the model algorithm,a solution method based on rolling iteration is proposed to improve the efficiency of the solution.Finally,a specific production decision case was constructed using actual data,and the structure of the decision was dynamically optimized and simulated,and the effectiveness of the model and algorithm was verified through model testing.The main research conclusions of this paper are that in the process of optimizing the production management decision-making of an enterprise,the goal should be to optimize the output mix of the enterprise,combine internal optimization with external optimization,and take into account the development and environmental benefits of the enterprise,which is important for the production management of the enterprise.Practice has reference value and enlightening significance.
