As an effective heat transfer component,the threaded tube can improve the heat transfer process,thus reducing the amount of heating area in the heat exchanger,thus reducing the material loss and increasing the reliability of the device,it has been applied to all kinds of high-quality heat exchanger,promoted the high-quality development of the country,realized the new development idea put forward by the country in the 14 th five-year plan,and became a hot topic of concern to all countries around the world along with the world energy crisis,energy-saving technology is also more and more the goal that the governments all over the world recommend.Compared with mechanical forming,magnetic pulse forming avoids multiple forming and does not use cutting fluid,which advocates the concept of national green development.The purpose of this paper is to manufacture the spiral groove with the depth of0.8 mm,the technology of 10 KV voltage-formed spiral tube was studied by means of scaling,Calculus,numerical simulation and experimental research.Firstly,based on the idea of scaling and Calculus,the maximum stress is obtained at the inflection point and the lowest point of the spiral groove by simulation.This paper introduces the forming process of the spiral tube by the rotating pressure method of the Press head and the ball spinning method,uses the electromagnetic forming process of the corrugated tube for reference,and finally determines the forming scheme of the spiral tube,and through simulation and experiment,the rationality of the design index and the feasibility of processing landing are verified.Secondly,a spiral tube forming tool is designed,under the 10 KV voltage forming machine,Ansoft Maxwell simulation software is used to set up the spiral tube forming model,and the influence of aluminum foil,gap between the spiral tube and the inductor and material on the deformation of the spiral tube is analyzed,determining the process parameters,introducing the method of dimension optimization into the design of spiral tube forming,taking the maximum deformation of the Mandrel as the target variable,the design of the clamping and dimension scheme of the Mandrel is completed,and the optimal solution is explored by changing the target variable,different fixture design schemes are obtained,and the application direction of minimum target variable based on dimension optimization in fixture design is pointed out.Finally,it is proved by experiments that the 10 KV electromagnetic forming machine can form spiral tubes.The thickness and hardness of the test pieces meet the design requirements.
