Design And Research On The Security Inspection System For Intelligent Subway Entry Station Oriented By Service Design

Traffic security check is an important guarantee for the safe operation of urban rail transit.However,the traditional security check method has problems such as small security check space,high cost and outdated security check equipment,which cannot meet the requirements of passengers' rapid travel,so it is necessary to design a new urban intelligent traffic security check system.Based on the service design theory,the design of the security security system.This paper introduces the concept and principles of service design theory,analyzes the essence and formation process of service design,and summarizes the characteristics and research methods of service design.Subsequently,the concept of intelligent subway station security system is introduced,and the product design of urban intelligent subway station security system is compared and analyzed at home and abroad,so as to seek the innovation point of domestic intelligent subway security system.Based on the service design theory,this paper puts forward the design strategy of intelligent subway station security check system.This paper analyzes the service method and process of service design,mainly from the perspective of improving security efficiency,designs the intelligent subway station security system which can reduce the queuing time at security intersections,effectively accelerate the speed of passengers through security check and ticket checking,and meet the needs of passengers for convenient ride.Based on the service design theory,this paper takes the design practice of intelligent subway station security check system at the entrance of Shanghai rail transit as an example.Based on the service design method,combined with the user journey map,and through the questionnaire survey.At the same time,the actual scene of the subway entrance is taken into consideration,and the security check demand results centered on travelers are obtained.So as to build an intelligent subway station security check system that can increase the security check flow and reduce the security check time.
