This paper designed a set of equipment maintenance management system based on thepoint inspection instrument according to the require of the modern coal mining equipmentmaintenance management, and using both microelectronics technology, computer technology,network technology and the object-oriented programming technology. The system mainlyconsists of two parts, point inspection instrument and maintenance management system.Paper on condition that the large and medium-sized coal mine enterprises’ productionequipment highly automated and mechanization at present in our country, firstly, aiming at thecoal mine enterprises’ current situation of low efficiency of management, comprehensiveresearching and analysing the equipment running condition monitoring method and equipmentmaintenance management pattern to the coal mine enterprise, And compared with theadvanced management ideas, putting forward the equipment maintenance management patternbased on the point inspection instrument. Secondly, optimizing the selection process of the keyparameters in point inspection regulations such as the point inspection scope, point inspectionparts and the point inspection cycle, etc, modeling and proving the optimization process of thepoint inspection cycle. And then, this paper researching the specific design process, accordingto the practical require of the process of the point inspection date collection, designed themodule of the point inspection instrument, such as the data collection module, data stroage andman-machine interaction module, etc, checking the instrument measuring accuracy through theexperimental test. At the same time, this paper on the basis of the running equipment statusdata researched the equipment remaining life prediction theory, building the equipmentremaining life prediction model use the fuzzy information granulation theory of based on theSVM, analysing and optimizing the selection process of the model parameters. At last,according to the guidance of the advanced equipment management build a set of equipmentmaintenance management system based on the pint inspection instrument under the SpringMVC frame, with Java language, computer networking technology, B/S mode and Eclipse development platform.By using this system, it can make the relevant personnel for timely and accurate acquirethe equipment running status information, thus to formulate reasonable point inspection andmaintenance plans play a supplementary role, and be able to assist maintenance personnel forfault equipment in advance to make the corresponding maintenance strategy. System to notonly improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance work, and to strengthen the equipmentmanagement of the actual need, create a more perfect for the future provide the basis ofequipment management mode.
