Due to the influence of the new coronavirus epidemic in the world,people need to wear masks all day long.Because of the long-term wetness of the face,the function and structure of the skin are unbalanced,resulting in skin defects.The quality of the skin is declining,and the public's awareness of skin care is gradually enhanced.At the same time,the functional requirements of cleansing products are continuously improved,and the research and development of cleansing paste formulations also need to keep pace with the times.In this paper,the synthesis formula of coconut acyl glycine sodium cleanser was optimized.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)By comparing the effects of different emulsifying temperatures on the average particle size of emulsion,centrifugal stability(5min),calcium ion stability(48h),and storage stability,the optimal emulsifying temperature was determined as80°C.Then,the effects of emulsifying homogenization time and emulsifying homogenization rate on the particle size of emulsion were analyzed.It was found that when the emulsifying homogenization time was 30min and the emulsifying homogenization rate was 1200r/min,the corresponding average particle size of emulsion was the smallest and the particle size variation was the smallest.The effect of adding different proportion of emulsifier on the whole system was studied.The temperature,time,viscosity,average particle size,foaming performance and stability of the sample were characterized by experiments.It was determined that the best effect was obtained when the proportion of emulsifier was 2%.Finally,the effects of different p H values on the paste temperature,viscosity,stability,foam height and application effect of the samples were compared by experiments.Comprehensive analysis showed that when the p H value was 6.52,the paste temperature was 54.3°C,the viscosity was 75 Pa·s,and the stability was good.There was no precipitation and fine particles in the emulsion.The foaming performance of the cleanser was better and the skin feeling was the most suitable.(2)The effects of different emulsifiers on the appearance,viscosity,foam properties,stability and microstructure of sodium glycinate coconut cream were studied.When emulsifier KW 340D was added,the appearance of cleanser was more delicate,the particle sense was reduced,and the paste uniformity was improved.The viscosity of the system emulsion increased to 80 Pa·s;the number of bubbles per square millimeter was 323.339 and the average bubble area was 3093?m~2measured by DFA 100 dynamic foam analyzer.When standing to 990s,the number of bubbles per square millimeter was reduced to 65.978 and the average bubble area was increased to 15198?m~2.Compared with the foam with other emulsifiers,the stability of the foam was increased.Through Lumisizer instrument analysis,it was found that the instability index of the cleanser sample with emulsifier KW 340D was 0.152.After the experiment,the glycerol precipitation in the cleanser system was less,and the stability was improved.The polarized light microscope observation showed that the oil droplets in the paste added with emulsifier KW 340D were significantly reduced,and the emulsion dispersion was more uniform.And the skin feeling evaluation score is higher,better efficacy.
