Research On Interaction Design In Nantong Blue Calico Art Exhibition

Nantong blue calico is a traditional handicraft in Nantong,Jiangsu,China.It was listed into the national intangible cultural heritage in 2006 and is an important part of China’s excellent traditional culture.However,against the background of the rapid development of emerging technologies,the display and dissemination of Nantong blue calico skills is still in a relatively backward situation,and its inheritance and development are constantly challenged.In this situation,we need to face up to the development status of Nantong blue calico skills and other traditional handicrafts and seek for a new way out.It is of great significance to promote the inheritance and development of Nantong blue calico skills by utilizing interactive advantages to explore the modern method of the art display of Nantong blue calico skills and to construct corresponding interactive design model.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,It is necessary to have an understanding of Nantong blue calico skills related content and its display status,to seek the existing problems and design breakthrough points.By comparing and analyzing the existing interactive display methods of traditional handicraft,the interaction design elements in the traditional handicraft display are clarified,which lays a foundation for the follow-up interaction design research of Nantong blue calico skills display.Secondly,through user interviews,the public’s cognitive attitude,cognitive level and the concerns on Nantong blue calico skills are understood,and the key content of the subject design is determined from the user preference.Then,based on the analysis of interaction design elements for the display of traditional handicrafts,the user research of interaction design is carried out from the three aspects:function and content,interaction behavior and visual attributes,so as to realize the transformation from user demands to design strategies.Among them,users’ requirements for interactive functions and contents are clarified at the level of functions and contents to form a matching relationship between functions and contents.At the level of interactive behavior,key actions are extracted from the skills and their interactive characteristics are analyzed to form the mapping between the skills and the design scheme of interactive behavior,and the interactive behavior mode of Nantong blue calico skills display is determined.At the visual attribute level,users’ preferences for visual elements such as interface layout,elements and colors are obtained.Based on the above analysis and research,the interactive design model of Nantong blue calico skills display is constructed.Finally,based on the user’s concerns about Nantong blue calico skills and interaction design model,the design practice is carried out,and a specific interactive design scheme for Nantong blue calico skills display is proposed,and the usability test of the design scheme is carried out.The research provides new ideas and methods for the inheritance of Nantong blue printed cloth skills and the modernization dissemination of traditional handicraft skills...
