| Industry plays a leading role in China’s national economy,but it is also the main producer of negative environmental externalities.With the rapid development of China’s economy,more and more environmental problems have been exposed.Improving the situation of large industrial energy consumption and large pollutant discharge is an urgent need for China’s high-quality and sustainable economic development.Shandong province,as a large economy and industry province,is facing a severe situation of industrial transformation and upgrading.The development strategy integrating green development and innovation-driven development opens up a way to break through the dilemma of regional industrial development.This thesis takes all cities in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration as the research object to conduct an empirical study on industrial green innovation efficiency(IGIE).Based on domestic and foreign research reviews,this thesis summarizes the current research status of green innovation efficiency,and summarizes various research scopes,research perspectives and research methods;designs the overall technical route,explains the relevant basic concepts,introduces the relevant research theories,and describes in detail the model method used to carry out the research;constructs the index system of IGIE,counts and describes the input and output indicators of Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration;the super-efficiency SBM model is used to measure the IGIE of cities from 2012 to 2020 and the development and evolution characteristics of the IGIE are analyzed,the spatial clustering pattern is explored by Moran’s I;uses the modified gravity model to measure the gravity intensity of the correlation of IGIE among cities,constructs the spatial correlation network of IGIE of Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration and studies it according to the social network analysis theory;the panel data regression model based on random effects is established to screen and analyze the factors affecting the IGIE;puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the empirical results.The main conclusions of this study:(1)During the study period,the development of IGIE in various cities did not show a steady growth trend,the value of IGIE fluctuated,and the efficiency value of some cities fell sharply.Qingdao maintains the highest level of IGIE in urban agglomeration,while Binzhou has always been the lowest.There is a huge difference in the industrial green innovation ability of cities in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration,and the difference is expanding.Compared with Shenghui and Jiaodong economic circle,the difference of industrial green innovation ability of cities in Lunan economic circle is small.(2)After the industrial transformation and administrative division adjustment,the regional heterogeneity of Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration has been weakened.Jinan,Qingdao and Dongying have significant industrial green innovation capability in local regions,but the innovation spillover effect is limited.Jinan and Dongying,in particular,maintain significant "high-low" agglomeration characteristics during the study period,and Shenghui economic circle has strong spatial heterogeneity.Zibo,Taian and Linyi have formed stable "low-low" agglomeration areas,which are the difficulties of sustainable industrial development in urban agglomeration.(3)In terms of overall network structure characteristics,the network density remains stable,indicating that the overall network interaction relationship has not changed significantly,and the network structure remains in a relatively stable state.In terms of network individual characteristics,Jinan,Weifang and Linyi rank the top three in each centrality index,which are the core nodes in the correlation network and have a strong influence on the network.Qingdao,Heze and Dongying have a high level of IGIE,but they do not occupy a core position in the correlation network.Cities with strong industrial green innovation capacity or developed economy do not mean greater influence in the network.Lunan economic circle as a whole is resource output area,which out-degree is greater than in-degree.Shenghui economic circle is the resource input area,and the asymmetry of in-degree and out-degree is significant in Jinan.(4)According to the block model analysis,the composition of the four cluster blocks in the spatial association network of IGIE in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration is consistent with the geographical distribution,and the interaction between the blocks is stronger than the interaction within the blocks.The plate Ⅰ composed of three cities in the provincial capital economic circle has a strong attraction to the resources of its surrounding areas,and also produces a certain trickle-down effect.Plate Ⅲ is relatively independent,which consists of four cities in Jiaodong economic circle.The three cities with the largest number of middleman role times are Jinan,Weifang and Linyi.These cities mainly undertake the intermediary behavior of network association between plates.(5)Through the influencing factors research of IGIE in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration,it is found that the high level of economic development and the high level of opening-up have positive effects on the IGIE respectively,the proportion of value-added of tertiary industry and the power of government science and technology support are negatively correlated with the IGIE,the impact of environmental regulation on IGIE is not significant. |
