With the improvement of people's environmental awareness,more and more clean energy is used in transportation,industry,logistics,etc.,and electrical energy is widely used in various industries as a clean energy source.For mobile vehicles or devices such as automatic guided vehicles(AGVs)in the industrial and logistics industries,batteries are used as energy storage to provide power support for tools such as AGV.The traditional batterypowered wired charging method has the disadvantages of increased wear and tear,and is not suitable for humid environment,which restricts the working efficiency and development of the AGV.In recent years,the rapid development of wireless energy transmission(WPT)technology has the advantages of no direct contact,good insulation,wide application environment and flexibility,and has been widely used in electric vehicles,medical equipment,robots and portable electronic equipment.The research on wireless power supply system for AGV non-contact charging has been carried out in recent years,but the general voltage of AGV battery is low and the charging current is large.This paper deals with LCC-S compensated low-voltage and high-current AGV wireless power supply system and its Control research.This paper firstly explains the significance of the topic from the application scenario,and then studies the current research and application of WPT and AGV wireless power supply system from the basic classification and characteristics of WPT technology,the research status of magnetic coupling resonance at home and abroad,and the research status of AGV wireless power supply system.Then,based on the theoretical model of SS compensation,the LCC-S theoretical model is derived.Based on the LCC-S compensation model,a new AGV wireless power supply system and its control strategy are proposed.Zero-voltage turn-on(ZVS)soft-switching tube detection and frequency-modulation control are adopted.The strategy implements soft switching,and realizes functions such as automatic start and stop,overvoltage and overcurrent protection through communication strategies.Then,the shortdistance magnetic coupler of the AGV wireless power supply system is globally optimized based on the objective function,and the optimal layout parameters of the square coil of the magnetic coupler are obtained.The simulation of the magnetic coupler is verified by the physical object.After obtaining the actual parameters of the magnetic coupler,the simulation software is used to simulate the output characteristics of the full-bridge inverter to the fullbridge rectifier circuit,the load mutation characteristics and the ZVS detection and adjustment simulation,and finally the optimal design to meet the coupling requirements.LCC-S compensation parameters.Subsequently,the experimental platform of AGV wireless power supply system was built,and the hardware design and experimental characteristics of PFC converter,full-bridge inverter to full-bridge rectifier were briefly introduced.Finally,the characteristics of LCC-S resonant network and magnetic coupler were experimentally utilized.It is verified that under the normal working conditions of AGV,that is,the normal coupling change and load change,the output characteristics and efficiency are consistent with the theoretical simulation trend.In addition,the correctness of the control strategy based on communication transmission and the feasibility of ZVS detection and detuned FM control are verified by experiments.When the AGV works under normal conditions,it can achieve good control.When the transmission air gap is between 25 mm and 40 mm,the offset distance is 0-20 mm,and the maximum power efficiency is 88.37% when the transmission power is rated at 3k W.
