With the rapid development of science and technology and economy in China,additive manufacturing technology is widely used in all sectors of society,additive manufacturing technology is applied in product development,time saving and efficient R & D of new products is the core competitiveness of enterprises.In addition,additive manufacturing technology can be used to combine regional materials and traditional techniques to enhance the artistic value and turn them into usable physical products.This paper creates conditions based on the feasibility of additive manufacturing technology,materials and traditional technology,explores and innovates with the feasibility of traditional natural materials,builds a design platform system for additive manufacturing technology and materials,and establishes a database to provide materials,usability schemes and model displays for household products.Firstly,through literature review,this paper analyzes relevant research results and existing products at home and abroad,and summarizes specific product design contents and requirements of different materials and technologies.The theoretical basis for cognition,classification and combined product development of additive manufacturing technology and materials are summarized.Secondly,in the additive manufacturing technology and material combination of products facing the application of problems,focus on the performance of materials,use,selection,waste treatment,development,manufacturing and environmental impact factors for research and analysis,and evaluate the use value of various materials reflected in the design.Then,list the commonly used materials and processes in the design of additive manufacturing,understand and master the effects of various materials on the feeling of products,and provide a basis for the comprehensive research of additive manufacturing technology and materials for product design.Through the research and analysis of the specifications and standards of the products under additive manufacturing,it lays a foundation for the user research platform of product development.Finally,use a perceptual engineering design research methods,the perceptual image analysis research,"decorative lamp",for example as the research object,clear perceptual matching,establish a target system,adopts the statistical method to complete samples and semantic vocabulary refining,through semantic differential method and with the aid of SPSS software to complete the emotional semantic evaluation;Using the morphological analysis method,the optimal scheme is obtained by establishing the morphological analysis matrix,and the scheme is compared.According to user's perceptual demand analysis for ordinary users,designers to choose household product operation mode,according to the research on the user,to complete the operation process,in the case of a regional representative material,combined with the design of the platform system material materials and methods,for the scheme design,the production of 3 d digital model and evaluation.Expand the design space of additive manufacturing technology and provide reference for the inheritance and development of additive manufacturing technology and traditional technology.
