The forming process of the additive manufacturing parts is to use the 3D modeling software to get the data of the parts to be formed,The layered model of the above parts is imported into the software,the forming path is generated by the coordinate information of each layer,after layers of accumulation,get the parts to be formed.The arc temperature of plasma arc is very high,and the arc divergence is very small,so the HAZ which use the plasma arc as the heat source is very small,and the precision of the finished parts is very high,and there is no defect in the high cost of laser and electron beam equipment,therefore,the use of plasma arc as heat source for material manufacturing has become a research hotspot.This paper using plasma arc melting metal wire material and substrate(upper metal),the plasma gun fixed slider on the three-dimensional motion mechanism,a stepping motor through the slide in the ball screw drive slider,realize the torch scanning on the motion path.The theme of this subject is the construction and control of three-dimensional motion mechanism,the control system of plasma arc welding process and the manufacturing process of plasma arc welding.The research on four aspects of the construction and debugging of PTA reinforced material manufacturing motion mechanism,the construction and debugging of the plasma arc welding process control system,analysis the factors of influencing molding and PTA material manufacturing process experiment.Firstly,three-dimensional motion mechanism is composed of stepping motor,stepping motor driver,stepping motor control card and ball screw slide table.Stepper motor motion control card using PC public communication trunk,using a very high performance microprocessor and programmable devices to achieve a number of stepper motor shaft synergy.The stepper motor driver is used to amplify the pulse signal,the direction and the speed signal of the control card are converted into the angular displacement of the stepping motor and drive the motor.Second,the welding process control part of PTA material manufacturing adopts OMRON programmable controller(PLC-CP1H-XA40DT-D),adding materials equipped with man-machine interface touch screen MT6070iH3,CP1W-CIF11 communication module and RS-485 communication interface,using PC technology and automation software system implementation,realized the precise and automatic control of plasma arc welding system.Again,experiment with the equipment of the PTA material manufacturing constructioned,with the diameter of 0.8mm AWS A5.18 ER70S-6 wire,and 100mm×100mm×6mm forming test on Q235 steel plate.According to the results of the forming test,analyse the factors influencing of the forming effect of PTA material,and the suitable forming parameters are found.Finally,through the experimental results,it is proved that the reliability and feasibility of plasma arc welding as the heat source of material manufacturing,the precision and controllability of the three-dimensional motion mechanism motion are able to meet the design requirements,the control system of plasma arc welding process can be executed strictly according to the sequence diagram,and the program is proved to be safe and reliable for the PTA equipment.Through the experiment,we Initial grasp the appropriate molding process parameters of the PTA material manufacturing.
