Research On Accounts Receivable Management Of DT Power Company Based On Green Certificate Transaction

In recent years,with the continuous development of national economy,the new energy power industry such as wind power generation shows a geometric growth,followed by the continuous expansion of the scale of subsidies receivable by enterprises.On the one hand,the increasing accounts receivable reflect the arduousness and lag of the national finance for the payment of power generation subsidies in the new energy of enterprise accounts receivable management.DT power company,as the leader of new energy power industry,is the first listed company engaged in new energy power development in China.AS of June 30,2019,the balance of accounts receivable in DT power company's financial statements amounted to 9.7 billion yuan,all of which were power generation subsidies.The receivables that can not be realized in time aggravate the liquidity risk and seriously affect the normal development of the enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to change from passive to active by participating in green card transactions,to build a market-oriented subsidy settlement mode,to improve the turnover rate of accounts receivable,and to redue financial risks.This paper uses literature research,case study,data analysis and other qualitative and quantitative methods to study the receivables management of new energy power enterprises.First of all,through the elaboration of the research background and significance of this topic,combined with combing of the relevant literature at home aboard on this basis,summarized the basic theory of accounts receivable management of power enterprises based on green card transaction.Secondly,taking DT electric power company as the research object,organizational structure and financial status as the starting point,through qualitative and quantitative analysis,it is found that DT electric power company's receivables have high liquidity risk.At the same time,in view of the problems found in the analysis process,design practical solutions,and provide relevant suggestiongs for DT power accounts recelable management.Finally,it is hoped that the conclusions of this paper can be used for reference to the receivables management of new energy power enterprises.
