Research On The Influence Of Renewable Energy On The Design Of Green Building Project

At present,China's building energy consumption has been close to 30% of the total energy consumption of the social terminal,ranking the first in the country's total energy consumption.Our country is in the peak period of urbanization development,the total area of civil construction is about 40000000000 m2,both of which are 99% and 95% respectively.Every city has a new building area of about 2000000000 m2.Compared with developed countries,China's building energy consumption is 2 to 3 times more than the developed countries,the utilization rate of resource recycling is far lower than the developed countries.Building energy efficiency has been considered to be the most potential and the most effective way to ease the shortage of energy supply and energy in China.Therefore,building energy conservation is a very important and urgent task,and the use of renewable energy to become the top priority of building energy conservation.Regardless of the use of technology,green building is always based on the resources of the conservation,reuse,recycling and other aspects of the production.To achieve efficient recycling of resources,as far as possible the use of renewable resources,as far as possible to take solar,wind,geothermal,biomass and other natural energy.The object of this paper is the use of renewable energy in the design of green building,and the research of the effect of the use of renewable energy on the design of green building in Yizhuang Beijing Jin Maoyue residential project.Through of green building,green building evaluation criteria,and renewable energy utilization status and existing problems,renewable energy,reflect the value and utilization of renewable energy on the green building design influence,to explore renewable resources,of ground source heat pump system of outdoor buried pipe layout,layout of the solar system CIMC hot plate,on the green building design feasibility design method research.At last,we sum up the ground source heat pump and solar system,in the modern green building as the main trend of the years,the overall planning of residential quarters,the effect of architectural design,and other methods,for the follow-up of the new green residential construction projects to provide some help.
