Research On Risk Management During The Operation Period Of K College's High-speed Rail Public Training Base

According to the request of "long-term railway network planning in our country and in today's society the rapid development of the high-speed railway technology,in order to satisfy the high-speed rail technology and the development trend of social development to cultivate high quality technical applicability shortage of skilled personnel to provide guarantee,also in order to ensure high-speed class late good public practical training base of sustainable operation,achieve the desired economic and social benefits,public practice base construction of high-speed railway and the late operation management work seems particularly important.How to establish a scientific,effective and comprehensive risk management and prevention system plays a fundamental role in managing the public training base of high-speed railway.In view of project construction and later operation faced a lot of uncertainty risk,so risk management indispensable to become an important work in the base management,and at the same time in order to explore the high-speed railway operation management mode of public training base and the future development direction,and better deal with and manage high-speed public training base class might encounter in operations management risk,increase return on investment of the project,complete the established goals,so it is necessary to this project of operational risk management and research.This article mainly discusses the high-speed public K college practice base studies the operational risk management,comprehensive reference related literature and interviews,brainstorming and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)method,and combined with the project risk management related theory knowledge,with high-speed public K college practice base of operations management problems as the research object,based on the overview of practice training bases,operation mode and operation organization and management,operational risk and so on carries on the scientific recognition and analysis,comprehensive evaluation,formulatecorresponding feasible risk coping strategies,so as to establish a complete set of risk management of prevention and control system.The operational risk management system of the high-speed railway training base established in this paper has been verified by examples and has good operability and practicability.This system of risk management to prevent not only can enrich the high-speed public operational risk management methods of practice training bases,reduce the risk of the project operation management and provide a risk response strategy,help realize the benign sustainable operation and efficient management,operational management for similar project and construction investment provide scientific basis for risk management.
