With the increase of highway mileage and driving speed,road safety performance has attracted much attention.The research shows that traffic accidents are mostly related to the lack of skidding resistance performance of asphalt pavement.At present,there are many equipment to detect and evaluate the skid resistance performance of asphalt pavement,and the skid resistance evaluation standards of various detection methods are different,so the data conversion relationship is not established.The test method is affected by the test conditions and environmental factors,the error of test results is large,and the test index can't fully reflect the real anti sliding performance of pavement.Therefore,it is necessary to study the skidding resistance index and test method of asphalt pavement,improve the accuracy of test equipment and test results,so as to better evaluate the skidding resistance of pavement.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the generation mechanism and influencing factors of tread friction,the commonly used pavement anti sliding performance test equipment and test methods at home and abroad are investigated,and the working principle,equipment parameters,application occasions,advantages and disadvantages and test indexes of each anti sliding performance equipment are summarized.The technical requirements of skidding resistance at home and abroad are compared.(2)Based on the test data of AC-13 test road,indoor SMA-13 rutting board and expressway anti sliding performance,the factors that may affect the test indexes of skidding resistance in the test process are studied,and the results of different temperature,water film thickness,water film thickness,water film thickness,water film thickness,water film thickness,water film thickness,water film thickness,water film thickness and other factors are obtained According to the change law of skidding resistance test index under the influence of test speed and other factors,the corresponding test suggestions for different test methods are given according to the specifications,the DF temperature test correction model is established,and the DF 60 temperature correction table of SMA-13 pavement is obtained,which provides reference for improving the DF test standard.(3)Based on the expressway project in Shandong Province,the pendulum value,structural depth,dynamic friction coefficient and lateral force coefficient of the newly-built SMA-13 asphalt pavement and the ultra-thin wearing course pavement in operation are tested.The test results show that the initial pendulum value and structural depth of the newly-built SMA-13 asphalt pavement vary greatly,the DF value and SFC value are relatively stable,and the mixture gradation,the dynamic friction coefficient and the lateral force coefficient are relatively stable Raw material index and pavement construction quality greatly affect the initial skid resistance of pavement.Under the action of driving,the skidding resistance of ultra-thin wearing course pavement increases first,then decreases,and finally tends to a stable value.This paper summarizes and analyzes the skidding resistance test indexes of SMA-13 pavement,and determines the initial anti sliding level distribution range.(4)Based on the test data of skidding resistance performance of newly built SMA-13 asphalt pavement,the relationship between pendulum value,dynamic friction coefficient,transverse force coefficient and structural depth is studied.The correlation between each index is obtained by linear fitting of regression curve.The research shows that there is a certain linear correlation between dynamic friction coefficient DF,transverse force coefficient SFC and pendulum value BPN,There is no linear correlation between the structural depth and the above indexes.According to the linear regression curve fitting,the conversion formula between the indexes is obtained,and the data conversion relationship is established.
