In the past two decades,China's automobile industry has shown rapid development.In 2018,China's automobile sales reached 28 million units,ranking No.1 in the world for ten consecutive years.Even so,China's auto market experienced a negative growth of 3%in 2018.This is the first time in 28 years.At this crucial turning point,it is particularly important to conduct a comprehensive and scientific financial analysis of the enterprise.As a leading company in the domestic independent brand,G Automobile Company's in-depth financial analysis not only has a comprehensive understanding of the company's past operating conditions,but also points out the direction for the company's future development.However,financial analysis has certain limitations,and it is not tightly integrated with external factors such as the industry's macro background.It will have less impact on the company's future strategic choices and business forecasts.A professor at Harvard University proposed that it should be based on the strategic height,combining the internal and external environment of the enterprise,to explore the problems existing in the enterprise,and to provide a basis for the selection of the future development direction of the enterprise.Therefore,a Harvard analysis framework was proposed.This paper uses literature research method,case analysis method,comparative analysis method,quantitative qualitative research method and other methods for research.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction,starting from the research significance and purpose of the thesis,and arranging and summarizing the development history of different financial analysis methods at home and abroad,and presenting the thesis's research on the theory.Innovation and deficiency.The second part is the introduction of related theoretical foundations.It introduces the concepts,methods,and limitations of financial analysis theories,and proposes optimization methods for the limitations,using Harvard analysis framework for analysis.The third part introduces the general situation of G automobile company,and analyzes the three aspects of G automobile company's strategy,accounting and finance under the framework of Harvard analysis,and predicts the possible risks and development prospects of the company.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the previous part to find the problem and find the root cause of the problem.The fifth part is to give corresponding suggestions for improvement based on the reasons found in the previous part,and to solve the problem reasonably.The sixth part is the summary of the article,which summarizes and summarizes the problems of G cars under the Harvard framework.Overall,G Motors' strategy needs to be adjusted,asset management needs to be strengthened,and its operating capacity needs to be improved.The innovation point of this article is to apply the Harvard analysis framework to the leading company of China's independent brand automobile companies-G Automobile Company.Use Harvard analysis framework to carry out scientific and in-depth analysis on G Automobile Company,and at the same time find out the problems existing in G Automobile Company and put forward corresponding suggestions.Not only has it expanded the scope of application of Harvard's analytical framework,but it also has certain reference significance for other brands of car companies.At the same time,the automotive industry and Harvard analysis related literature are mostly analyzed,and then the form of suggestions is directly given.The logical thinking is relatively simple and not thorough enough.According to the status quo,this article analyzes cases,finds problems,finds out reasons,and solves problems with scientific and rigorous analysis.The problems found and the suggestions given are more practical and have practical value and certain reference value.
