With the development of economy and society,energy demand is increasing.At present,China's fossil energy is gradually exhausted and fossil energy combustion has many problems.Therefore,it is necessary to change the way of energy utilization and develop new energy.China has a wide range of new energy distribution and various forms of energy,but the development of new energy is still in the primary stage,with little understanding of all aspects and imperfect policies.The transformation of new and old energy sources has become an important problem for China's economic and social development.New energy is the focus of our country at this stage,which plays an important role in the strategic layout of national energy security.There are many kinds of new energy enterprises.This thesis studies wind power enterprises.It will analyze a specific evaluation case Ningxia Yinyi,aiming to find and solve problems,and hope to contribute to the evaluation practice.As a kind of clean energy,wind energy has a bright and far-reaching development prospect.It can improve the environmental problems caused by traditional power generation.Referring to relevant data,it is found that previous studies on wind power generation are mainly focused on development trend and industrial policies,and there are few studies on the value of new energy wind power generation enterprises.However,I think it is very important to evaluate the value of wind power generation enterprises,which will not only affect the financial analysis of wind power enterprises by investors,but also be conducive to the strategic layout of enterprises by managers Make a reasonable plan for business development.Compared with other enterprises,the value of new energy wind power generation enterprises is different.It is not only influenced by future profits,but also by science and technology and national policies.In addition,because wind power generation enterprises will reduce environmental pollution,it also has certain environmental benefits.In modern society,people have higher and higher requirements for ecological environment,which is the link of environmental benefits People pay more and more attention to environmental value,so after analysis,I think the value of new energy wind power enterprises should include two parts,one is general value,the other is environmental value brought by environmental improvement.Therefore,in the evaluation of new energy wind power enterprises,we should pay attention to the selection of evaluation methods.Traditional methods can not evaluate the environmental value of wind power enterprises,so we should make a reasonable judgment on the selection of evaluation methods.The environmental benefit is affected by technology and government policy.The benefit is uncertain and has the most basic risk characteristic of option.I think the traditional method can be used to calculate the general value,and the real option method can be used to evaluate the environmental value,so that the value of wind power enterprises can be considered in all aspects.This thesis consists of the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the research background,research status at home and abroad,research methods and ideas,content framework and innovation.The second part describes the case of Ningxia Yinyi equity value evaluation,including case introduction,evaluation elements,evaluation process and evaluation results.The third part is the case analysis of Ningxia Yinyi equity value evaluation.Firstly,it analyzes the new energy wind power industry as a whole,then it analyzes the whole case,puts forward the existing problems and analyzes the reasons for the problems.The fourth part is the suggestions and Enlightenment for the problems of the case.It gives its own suggestions for the above problems,and puts forward the B-S model of real option method to evaluate the environmental value.The fifth part is the conclusion and deficiency of the study,summarizing the conclusion and putting forward the deficiency.Starting from the new energy wind power generation enterprises,this thesis analyzes that the new energy enterprises have unique characteristics compared with other enterprises.When evaluating the enterprise value,we should pay attention to the existence of environmental value.The traditional method can not be used to calculate the environmental value.Therefore,the real option method is introduced,and the supplement of the practical option method can improve the accuracy of asset evaluation.It is hoped that the research of this thesis can contribute to the assessment of environmental protection enterprises and the development of an environment-friendly society.
