In recent years,the emphasis on People-oriented and quality has gradually become a hot topic in urban construction in my country.The quality of public space affects the physical and mental health of residents.The concept of "healthy city" and "livable city" has gradually entered people's vision.To achieve livable and healthy city,it faces the challenge of environmental optimization.Street environmental quality is an important indicator of city livability.As the most intensive public place in the city,the streets show the urban style and spatial quality.However,in the past,the pursuit of urban incremental development,with the increasing expansion of street widths,a large number of urban street characteristics continue to disappear,part of the vibrant traditional streets are gradually destroyed,slow-moving roads are compressed,and the basic use of space for pedestrians is ignored,leading to a poor slow-moving experience.Therefore,the focus of research on street space began to gradually shift from focusing on "quantity" to focusing on "quality",and from focusing on the construction of "things" to focusing on the feelings of "people".The slow-moving space of urban streets is not only an important place for displaying the image of the city and satisfying citizens for public communication and various activities.The high-quality slow-moving space of streets also helps to improve the physical and mental health of individuals and promote urban public health.Therefore,a comprehensive assessment of the current slow-moving space quality of the living streets in the ancient city of Jinan is of great significance for creating a high-quality slow-moving environment and optimizing the quality of the urban space environment.In this context,this article summarizes the current situation of Chinese and international research,taking the slow-moving space of living streets in the ancient city of Jinan as the research object,using multi-source data to construct a quantitative research data set of slowtraveling space quality of living streets in the ancient urban area.The literature review method,network investigation method,field survey method and frequency statistics method are used to summarize the evaluation factors,and the quality evaluation system of the slow-moving space of living streets is constructed from the four aspects of unobstructed safety,neatness and beauty,facility convenience,and ecological comfort.Focusing on the phenomenon that the quality of slow-moving space of living streets is low,the distribution characteristics of high quality streets and low quality streets are summarized,and the factors that are significantly related to the quality of slow-moving space of living streets are analyzed.By referring to the methods and theories of improving the quality of slow-moving space of streets in relevant domestic and foreign design guidelines,corresponding improvement strategies are proposed for different types of streets.The specific research content and research results of this article are as follows:The first part proposes research questions.The literature is summarized and studied,and the research background of the subject is analyzed.The importance of the research on the quality of the slow-moving space of living streets is summarized,and then the purpose,significance,content,method,conception and framework of the research on the quality of slow-moving space of living streets in the ancient urban area of Jinan are clarified.The second part is basic theoretical research.The relevant concepts are defined,and the research ideas,methods and theories on the study of the quality of slow-moving space of living streets are summarized by sorting out the relevant domestic and foreign literature of this topic.To clarify the relevant research progress and lay the foundation for this study.The third part is the analysis of evaluation elements.With the methods of literature review,network investigation,field survey and frequency statistics,this paper sorts out the evaluation factors of street slow-moving space,It is concluded that elements such as patency and safety,cleanliness and beauty,convenient facilities and ecological comfort of the street are important factors to improve the quality of the street.This article utilizes the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct a comprehensive evaluation system structure for the slow-moving space quality,and uses the entropy method to obtain the slow-moving space quality evaluation value of the living street in the ancient city,and builds a relatively complete evaluation system for the slow-moving space quality of the living street.The fourth part is empirical research.Firstly,the general situation of the study area is elaborated.Using street view image,POI data,spatial morphological data and statistical data of material elements,the slow-moving spatial elements of living streets in the ancient city of Jinan are counted.Based on the constructed quality evaluation system for slow-moving space of living streets,quantitative evaluation of each evaluation factor is conducted with the help of Arc GIS,visual image semantic segmentation software based on deep learning full convolutional network(FCN),Excel and Origin and other tools.From an overall perspective,the slow-moving space quality of the various living streets in the ancient city is not uniform,and the overall street quality of Minghu Community is low.According to the natural breaks(jenks)Classification method,cluster analysis and median method,two types of streets of high quality and low quality are obtained.By analyzing the main characteristics of these streets,it is found that the quality of slow-moving space is closely related to location and street level,and there is a big gap between low quality roads and high quality roads in the dimension of facility convenience.The correlation analysis of the evaluation factors shows that plant diversity,identification facility density and street isolation index have a highly significant influence on the quality of street slow-moving space.The fifth part,strategy research.The evaluation results obtained in the empirical study are analyzed.According to the index factors,the corresponding quality improvement strategies are put forward.According to the overlay analysis of the comprehensive quality value and accessibility of the street slow-moving space,the street slow-moving space are divided,and typical streets are selected to put forward the corresponding improvement strategies.
