Due to the rapid development of economy and the urgent demand of society for energy and power,China's power industry has developed rapidly.Among them,hydropower,as the most important renewable energy at present,has attracted wide attention because of its advantages such as cleanness,environmental protection and low cost,which also drives the continuous growth of installed capacity of hydropower industry.Under this background,how to ensure the stability of hydropower units has become a hot topic of discussion and research.Especially for Yunnan Province,which is rich in huge hydropower resources,in order to promote energy optimization and development,large-scale power sources mainly based on hydropower are put into production one after another,and the installed capacity of hydropower accounts for 71.48% of the total installed capacity.Therefore,it is very important to ensure the safe and stable operation of hydropower units for local and even the whole Yunnan power system.Among the stability problems of hydropower units,the vibration problems caused by many factors such as equipment manufacturing and installation are particularly prominent.The vibration of each guide bearing of hydropower unit will exceed the standard during operation.However,when a certain section of load area is output,the vibration of the unit will become extremely severe,which will cause great damage to the unit body.Therefore,these vibration areas need to be avoided during normal power generation of the unit.At present,the influence of water head change is not considered in the vibration area of most hydropower units in China,and most units take low load section or fixed operation area as vibration area.The setting of such vibration area not only affects the scheduling of reasonable power generation plan,but also is not conducive to the power station to understand the operation status of the unit and investigate the potential safety hazards.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a new method based on a large number of historical operating data of units under full operating conditions,soas to identify the dynamic vibration area of hydropower units more accurately.Data filtering,inspection and repair,data fusion,significant error inspection and correction are used to preprocess the operation data of large-scale units,and the three-level detection of data is proposed.After the correctness of the data is checked,the obvious errors are repaired.This paper analyzes the processing methods of operation data,including the processing of random error and significant error,and uses the reasonable algorithm to fuse the observation data of multiple sensors,optimizes the original collected data,and processes the significant error.Finally,the simulation results are used to verify the effectiveness of data processing,which can correct significant errors and singular points.Secondly,according to the reliable data information,the on-line identification method of dynamic vibration area of hydropower units based on data-driven is proposed.By analyzing the main causes of unit vibration,the measuring points and vibration standards of unit vibration are defined,and then the probability of unit vibration under different power and different water head is counted,and the reference value is mined based on K-means clustering algorithm to realize vibration measuring points Finally,the dynamic identification of the vibration region of hydraulic turbine unit is obtained by the function calculation of offline calculation and online updating of the vibration data of the unit.At the same time,the detailed implementation flow chart of the method is given.Finally,according to the above research results of this paper,the detailed calculation method and steps are given.After obtaining the historical operation data of five units of a hydropower station in Yunnan Province for one year,the actual analysis and identification of dynamic vibration area of 1-5 units)is carried out.The rationality and effectiveness of the method are verified by comparing the dynamic vibration regions of five units obtained by this method with the results of unit stability test.
