Quartz vibrating beam accelerometer(VBA)is a new type of solid-state sensor.Its working principle is based on the force-frequency characteristics of quartz crystals.It is usually installed inside the projectile and the movement can be calculated by measuring the output frequency of VBA under force.Time acceleration,so accurate testing of the output frequency is very important.In the paper,A multi-channel digital acquisition card is designed,and the FPGA-based schematic design and PCB design are introduced in detail.The method is verified by theoretical simulation and actual measurement.Signal reflection and crosstalk on the entire transmission path from the frequency signal output by the VBA to the frequency test instrument.After studying and comparing a variety of time interval measurement methods,the time interpolation method is selected to realize,and the time interpolation method is in-depth researched.Based on the phase-locked loop delay line method,through the frequency multiplication and phase shifting of multiple phase-locked loops,one Time interval measurement.
