The satellite power system is a complex system,in which the DC/DC converter is an indispensable module.Due to the harsh space environment,the development of THE DC/DC converter is mainly controlled by integrated IC,with high reliability and stable performance.However,with the development and reform of software-defined satellites,due to its flexible functional structure,the space-borne DC/DC converter,which is mainly based on analog control,is not competent,and the space-borne switching power supply matching software-defined satellites will inevitably move to the road of digital control.The main design is divided into two modules: hardware circuit and digital control platform.Hardware circuit part mainly includes the main topology power circuit,protection circuit,surge suppression circuit,etc.,the main power circuit topology uses is forward converter,power transformer uses is planar transformer,compared with the traditional tank,EE,the RM type and so on core transformer,better heat dissipation performance,higher reliability;Digital control platform designs a combined architecture control platform with DSP+FPGA as the core.As the main controller,DSP adopts TMS320F28335 chip.Its main function is to carry out the calculation of control algorithm,control the power switching tube by adjusting PWM signal,and realize the adjustable wide range output of the whole machine according to different duty ratio.And is XC6SLX16 as interface controller adopts FPGA chip,the parallel communication ways with DSP high speed data communication,mainly by external communication load instructions on DSP for real-time control,in order to achieve the purpose of variable output voltage,but also based on the DSP control reduce the loss of switch power supply of the static,electromagnetic interference,etc.Finally,through the whole machine test and functional verification of the principle prototype,the adjustable range output of the DC/DC switching power supply and the real-time data communication between DSP and FPGA are realized.This subject takes DSP+FPGA as the digital control platform,and based on single rectilinear excitation topology circuit,completes the design of space-borne DC/DC converter for fast response and the construction of principle prototype,which provides a foundation for the development of matching DC/DC converter for future software fixed satellite...
