At present,countries all over the world put energy in the primary development position,making the energy industry catch the speedboat of the times and develop rapidly.Especially the pollution-free and environmentally friendly new energy industry has been placed in a national strategic position.Support for industries such as,electric vehicles,etc.has been increasing year by year,forcing a large-scale increase in the use of energy storage batteries.However,the problem of early scrapping of energy storage batteries has brought huge economic burdens and labor costs to the relevant energy industry and the surrounding environment.Charging repair technology is the key to solving this problem.The thesis conducts in-depth research on the charging and repairing technology of energy storage battery from the aspects of battery repair principle,battery charging repair method,hardware design,software implementation,etc.,and designs and develops a new device of energy storage battery repair instrument to enable it to charge the battery.Repair requirements.The main research contents are as follows:First,the battery repair theory is researched and analyzed,the chemical reaction equations of the battery charging and discharging process are analyzed,the root cause of battery aging is found,and the battery charging method,battery overdischarge,and battery self-discharge are harmful to the battery.The mechanism is analyzed,and the commonly used repair methods and principles are explained in detail for the battery aging caused by vulcanization.Based on the research on battery repair theory,a five-stage charging repair method is proposed,and a simulation is built to verify the effectiveness of the method.Then the hardware circuit system and software system of the battery repair instrument are designed.According to the overall requirements of the battery repair instrument and the requirements of each functional module,the main control module,circuit acquisition module,human-computer interaction module,charging control module,and circuit protection are designed.Module.STM32 is used as the control chip in the main control module,and an auxiliary circuit is designed around the control chip.In the circuit acquisition module,a voltage acquisition circuit,a current acquisition circuit,and a temperature acquisition circuit are designed.Each circuit adopts a more precise sensor to ensure the accuracy of data acquisition.In the software system,A/D sampling,PWM control,button control and other subroutines are mainly designed to ensure the intelligence of the battery repair instrument.Finally,a test platform was built,and a test experiment was designed to test the hardware,software,and battery charging and repair effects of the battery repair instrument.In the hardware test,the power supply circuit,main control module,UC3842 and protection circuit were tested.The waveform diagram and table data obtained from the test prove that the hardware circuit is stable and the data sensor can accurately collect data;software test data display,battery repair The instrument software system meets expectations,can operate intelligently,has the characteristics of stable output,and accurate data collection;the battery charging repair test data shows that the proposed five-stage charging repair method is an intelligent and effective charging repair method.After repairing,the internal resistance of the energy storage battery can be reduced by 5%-33%,the maximum cold-start current will be increased by 9-76 A,the output voltage will be increased by about 0.7V,and the service life will be extended by 2%-12%.
