With the development of The Times,the external public space of 21 st Century Commercial Pedestrian Street is not only a sales space exclusively belonging to the commercial category.As a part of urban open space,the city needs commercial public space to enrich and activate residents’ public life and show the vitality of urban economy and cultural diversity.Due to the nature of the commercial pedestrian street properties for consumer,commercial pedestrian street construction in past studies,the foothold is consumer behavior,in the present trend of Internet economy,the entity business face more severe challenges,commercial space under the condition of low consumer appeal,should be emphasized under the commercial atmosphere build space experience.This study takes the external public space of the urban commercial pedestrian street as the breakthrough point,pays attention to the diverse demand characteristics of the crowd,and explores the experiential variation of the external public space of the commercial pedestrian street on the basis of traditional consumption,so as to make it not only meet the consumer demand but also meet the function of the urban open space.Starting from the detailed design,it guides the crowd to experience the environmental charm of the space through commercial media,stimulates the interest of the crowd to participate in public life,and enhances the vitality of the cityThrough the literature review,this paper expounds the basic development process and concept of the external public space and space experience of commercial pedestrian street,and discusses the difference between the experience space and the traditional consumption space.A large number of well-known domestic commercial pedestrian streets were studied by classification,and the components and basic functions of the external experience space of commercial pedestrian streets were summarized.By summarizing the characteristics of the experience space in the above cases,the types,objects,modes of existence,design characteristics,purpose of experience,and factors affecting experience were obtained in six parts.The basic structure of spatial experience is obtained,the composition of subject and object in the structure is analyzed,the relationship between subject and object is discussed,and the establishment and experience elements of the internal connection between subject and object are obtained.Experience elements are combined with the form of external public space of commercial pedestrian street to obtain a step-by-step experience view.Combined with the spatial layout pattern of "business + cultural tourism and entertainment" extracted from the case analysis,the basic values of spatial experience are established.Under the guidance of basic values to launch order of experience,to establish a spatial experience concrete policies,for space layout,detail and macroscopic cultural facilities,it is concluded that social experience strategy,landscape experience,cultural experience three direction,to subdivide the twelve events,guide the construction of commercial pedestrian street external public space.Based on the strategy,the site was selected for design practice,and the advantages and disadvantages of the strategy were examined through field investigation and design analysis. |
