Renewable energy wind energy has become one of the most widely developed and applied new energy.As the core component of wind energy utilization,wind turbine blades are mostly made of glass fiber reinforced composites by hot pressing,which may cause different degrees of damage in manufacturing,transportation and operation,and then lead to major safety accidents.Blade type test is an important measure to ensure the safety of the blade.In this paper,fiber Bragg grating sensor is used to design the strain monitoring system in the wind turbine blade type test,and the intelligent sensor layout,data storage management and data visualization are studied.The main contents of this paper include:First,the wind turbine blade type test specifications and technical requirements were sorted out,the functions of the corresponding modules were analyzed,and the overall scheme of the monitoring system based on FBG sensors was designed.Secondly,the strain monitoring system for type test of FBG wind turbine blade is designed.Based on open source QT platform,the modular software system interface is developed using C++ language,which involves seven modules: equipment communication,data visualization,sensor layout,sensor calibration,database management,data processing and fault diagnosis.Thirdly,The software system designs the fault diagnosis module,studies the causes of the spectral distortion of the sensor,proposes the Hu moment parameters of the image and the optical power translation cutting algorithm.The evaluation of the spectral distortion degree and the discrimination of the multi peak spectrum are realizedFourthly,study the process communication between submodules,design and write the task scheduling program,and take the high priority as the goal to optimize the program,realize the division of the priority between modules,so as to ensure the normal operation of each module.Fifthly,full-scale wind turbine blade type test is carried out,including static loading and unloading test,dynamic brandishing test and dynamic shimmy test.After completion,field system debugging and test data collection are conducted to further verify the system's visualization,storage,playback,processing,analysis and diagnosis function modules.The test results show that the test system can meet the design expectations in the aspects of human-computer interaction interface and data analysis and processing,and it is portable and effective for wind turbine blade type test strain monitoring,which has a certain engineering value.
