With the over-completion of the 13 th Five-year Plan of Action on Prefabricated Buildings,prefabricated buildings have gradually become the mainstream of future building structures.The seismic performance of prefabricated buildings,the ability to protect the safety of people's lives and property,has gradually become one of the indicators to measure the reliability of prefabricated buildings.However,the seismic performance of the assembled structure is still not well accepted by the majority of the people due to the restriction of the assembly technology level to be improved and the uneven construction quality in China.In order to further enhance the seismic capacity of prefabricated buildings and protect the safety of people's lives and property,the energy dissipation and shock absorption technology is introduced into the prefabricated buildings to improve the seismic safety of the main structure.Based on energy dissipation damping technology has been widely applied in the piers connection type damper as prefabricated construction damping and energy dissipation technology with the combination of the breakthrough point,put forward piers connection type damper total prefabricated installation method,and combined with previous experimental research and earthquake damage characteristics of the buttress type connection exists in,put forward the improving type piers connect the working performance of the prestressed assembled piers type connection;Based on the problems that need to be solved in the full assembly installation method of supporting pier connection type damper,the corresponding connection structure between damper and assembled supporting pier is put forward.Finally,the internal force performance of the beam and column structure in an energy dissipation and shock absorption project using the support pier type connection in frequent and rare earthquakes is studied.In order to protect the reliability of the joint between the support pier type connection and the substructure beam,the reinforcement suggestions for the substructure beam are put forward.The specific content is as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the previous experimental research and the damage and failure characteristics of the connection of energy dissipation piers in earthquake disasters,it is found that the reinforced concrete piers are easy to produce horizontal cracks under tension,which affects the energy dissipation effect of the damper.In order to improve this adverse phenomenon,combined with the characteristics of prefabricated structure,the prestressed prefabricated support pier connection type damper is proposed.Combined with the finite element software,the feasibility is verified.The results show that the prestressed addition greatly improves the stiffness and cracking resistance of the support pier,and improves the overall energy consumption effect.2.On the basis of the second chapter,the stress analysis and reinforcement optimization of the prestressed prefabricated support pier connection are carried out,so that the prestressed reinforcement is used as the bending reinforcement at the edge members on both sides of the support pier,which reduces the types of the conventional reinforcement and the amount of steel used in support pier.In addition,the design method of prestressed tendons and the joints of prefabricated support piers is proposed and verified by the finite element model of prefabricated support piers with dampers.The results show that the connection effect of fully prestressed support piers designed by this method is good,and the concrete of the support piers is in the compression state,which meets the design expectation.3,Based on the problems that may arise in the construction and installation process of the full assembly installation method of the supporting pier connection type damper,the vertical adjustable steel connector and the connection structure of the damper with the grouting sleeve and the assembled supporting pier are proposed,and its feasibility and working mechanism are analyzed by finite element software modeling.4.By analyzing the internal force performance of a pier-type substructure and the original structure under frequent and rare earthquakes,including plane bending moment and shear force,the internal force variation characteristics of the pier-type substructure of a certain energy dissipation project are summarized.The reinforcement suggestions of additional flexural reinforcement in the connection section of the supporting pier type connection and the substructure beam and the reinforcement of stirrups in the whole beam section of the substructure beam are put forward,and the correctness of the reinforcement suggestions is verified by finite element modeling.
