| With the development of The Times,more and more prefabricated buildings are used in the construction industry.The prefabricated connection is the key to the prefabricated building,and the main connection methods used today are as follows:dry connection,wet connection and dry and wet combination connection.At present,scholars at home and abroad have conducted a large number of experimental studies on the frequently used dry connection and wet connection,but there are relatively few experiments and simulations on the combination of dry and wet connection.In this paper,a new connection technique is proposed,and the corresponding model is constructed using ABAQUS finite element software to analyze its seismic performance.To verify the effectiveness of this technique,15 different shear wall models were constructed.The main research contents are:In this paper,by using ABAQUS finite element software,cast-in-place shear walls with the same size,material parameters and loading methods and assembled shear walls with different connection methods are established.By analyzing the simulation results,it can be found that the combination of dry and wet connection of assembled shear walls(combination connection of external steel plate,high-strength bolt and grouting sleeve)is feasible.The seismic performance of shear wall is good.When comparing the connection between the fully outsourced steel plate and high-strength bolt and the steel plate and the high-strength bolt and the grouting sleeve,it can be found that the reduction of the number of outsourced steel plate and high-strength bolt will reduce the bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity,stiffness and ductility of the shear wall,but the decrease is very small.It can be found that reasonable reduction of the number of external steel plates and high-strength bolts can save construction costs and reduce construction difficulty.When comparing the connection between full grouting sleeve and steel plate and the connection between high strength bolt and grouting sleeve,it can be found that the load capacity,energy dissipation capacity,stiffness and ductility of the combined connection are superior to the connection between full grouting sleeve.Therefore,the combination of dry and wet connection method proposed in this paper is more reasonable.On the basis of selecting the YZ2 model,the influencing factors of axial compression ratio,steel plate thickness and friction coefficient at the joint are analyzed.The conclusions are as follows: when the axial compression ratio increases,the yield load and peak load of the structure will increase,and the bearing capacity will also increase,but the ductility coefficient of the structure will decrease and the deformation capacity will become worse.The thickness of the steel plate and the friction coefficient at the horizontal joint have no effect on the bearing capacity of the shear wall. |
