With the continuous deepening of our country's power system reform,the business philosophy of power supply companies has undergone major changes,and companies are facing tremendous pressure and challenges.The market has put forward increasingly stringent requirements on the quality of power products themselves and the level of power supply services.Companies must attach great importance to customer satisfaction.After studying the status quo of domestic and foreign satisfaction research and the research methods adopted,this paper,combined with the marketing status of the power supply company,formulates the power customer satisfaction evaluation system of JZ Power Supply Company.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the customer satisfaction of JZ Power Supply Company's marketing services,and analyzes the overall image of JZ Power Supply Company's marketing services,customer satisfaction,service quality perception and other aspects based on the survey results.Using the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the end indicators of the power supply service,analyze the power demand of different types of users,and sort out the current situation of the marketing service of JZ Power Supply Company.Finally,this article proposes an improvement strategy for the marketing service of JZ Power Supply Company.The main innovative work can be summarized as follows:(1)Clarified the main problems in the service of power supply enterprises.Based on the research on customer service satisfaction at home and abroad,it summarizes the overall characteristics and main problems of the current marketing services of my country's power supply enterprises.(2)Combined with the actual situation of the power supply company,a key analysis of the factors affecting the company's services will be carried out.Use system thinking to refine relevant influencing factors,find out the key factors that affect services,and classify these factors,which makes up for the deficiencies of previous research.(3)Established a customer satisfaction evaluation index system for power supply companies.Combining with the characteristics of the marketing services of power supply enterprises,the expert survey method is used to design the index system,and the qualitative and quantitative calculation of the index weights through the analytic hierarchy process method makes the effect of the evaluation index system more scientific and reasonable.(4)Use the example of JZ power supply company to investigate customer satisfaction and analyze the results.Through the questionnaire survey of JZ power supply company's electricity customers,analyze the results of the questionnaire,find the weak links and key indicators in the service quality to improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction,so that the evaluation system has a good effect on the service quality of power supply companies.The promotion effect.
