Customer Satisfaction Evaluation And Countermeasure Research Of Agricultural Housing Agglomeration Area In Zhejiang Province

With the continuous improvement of China's urbanization rate,all cities are actively carrying out new rural construction.In the process of construction,there are many bottleneck problems in the development of urban-rural integration.In order to ensure the smooth progress of new rural construction,many cities are carrying out the construction of rural housing cluster area projects to ensure the vital interests of relevant farmers.To make the rural housing centralized arear well and provide good service for this part of the population has become an important issue in the process of urbanization in China.On the basis of literature research,questionnaire survey and expert visit,this paper analyzes the index factors of satisfaction degree of rural house centralized arear,establishes the evaluation index system of customer satisfaction degree of rural house centralized arear in Zhejiang Province,determines the evaluation collection of satisfaction degree,constructs the evaluation model of customer satisfaction degree of rural house centralized arear in Zhejiang Province,and selects the project of rural house centralized arear in Dongyang City as the evaluation object.The survey data collected by star is the support,theoretical analysis is the guidance,model calculation is the basis,and the customer satisfaction status of rural house centralized arear is reasonably evaluated.According to the evaluation results,which indicators have problems and need to be improved are judged to ensure the customer satisfaction of rural house centralized arear.This paper focuses on the evaluation of customer satisfaction of rural house centralized arear in Zhejiang Province,including the identification and analysis of index factors,the reliability test of index,the establishment of satisfaction evaluation index system of rural house centralized arear,and the construction of satisfaction evaluation model of rural house centralized arear,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on satisfaction evaluation index system of rural house centralized arear in ZhejiangProvince.From the perspective of customer satisfaction,this paper analyzes the residential demand of rural house centralized arear.Through a large number of literature review and expert questionnaire survey,identification of evaluation indicators and reliability test,an evaluation index system of rural house centralized arear customer satisfaction is established,including housing design,community environment,surrounding facilities,life,housing quality,service quality,etc.(2)Research on satisfaction evaluation model of rural house centralized arear in Zhejiang Province.Through the literature research,the paper compares and analyzes the ASCI model,the quarter diagram model and the AHP model,determines to adopt the AHPmodel,calculates the weight of each evaluation index through the expert questionnaire,and constructs the satisfaction evaluation model of the rural house centralized arear.(3)Case study on satisfaction degree of rural house centralized arear in Zhejiang Province.This paper selects the project of rural house centralized arear in Dongyang City as the evaluation object,uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the satisfaction degree,and summarizes and analyzes the evaluation results.According to the analysis,the overall satisfaction of the project is not high,and there is a gap in the satisfaction results of each evaluation index.The six dimensions are ranked from high to low in order of satisfaction: housing quality,service quality,community environment,housing design,surrounding facilities,and living life.In view of the above dissatisfaction,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions to improve the quality of living,hoping to provide effective suggestions and reference for the construction of rural house centralized arear in more city.
